I always drive 3miles just to get a drinking water for my family here. The place is spotless clean and organized. This establishment charges about $0.42 a gallon. Most water places charge $0.25. They do justify the cost by washing your bottle and giving you a new cap every time you fill up your water jugs. Another perk, if you spend more than $10- you can use a credit card. Most water places accept only cash and do not clean your bottles. They do offer Alkaline water for $2.00 a gallon. Most places charge $1.00 a gallon. I have never had an issue at this establishment. They always give me good customer service. read more

I want to like this place but when you pay $6 for 3 gallon alkaline water and they don't fill up your jug completely GTFOH especially when you nicely ask them and they say the boss asks them not too. Again GTFOH. Parking is available because of the surrounding business but can be limited. read more

I filled up all of my 8 gallons of water here and all of them tasted disgusting. I went back to tell them that there water did not taste clean and that I had pictures of the small little particles I saw in the water and they did nothing. Every time I drank the water I would get a bad stomach...they blamed us and said supposedly we had dirty gallons when they rinse them before filling them up. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!! There water filtration system is no good and there customer service is trash. If I could give them zero stars I would. read more

If I could give them(specifically Rosa, lady with highlights) zero stars I would. She is very unprofessional. I've never experienced such poor customer service. If this is the face of your business. I would highly recommend to change that. You'll lose money because of her. She argues with the customers and uses profanity. This is really shocking to see and unacceptable in any business establishment. I would love to continue to keep giving my business to Wateria in Paramount but simply because of her I will be going elsewhere. read more

Never had a problem at this place. The attendant is always on point and knows how to work under pressure. She is quick, efficient and very friendly. Finding parking adjacent to the place is challenging at times, as some people like to park in the reserved Wateria parking spots when they are going elsewhere. read more

Terrible experience we were there around 7:51 and we didn't see any signs of their closing hours. Now realizing that they close at 8:00 and still refusing service to me she still allowed another person to fill her gallon up and when confronted her excuse was that I had one more than the other person. It's equal service or nothing. She should've put a sign that she was closing early. Definitely not going anymore I prefer to travel more than to be laughed at. read more

Terrible service previously bought 10, 5 gallon bottles and had a foul chlorine smell and taste. Had to take them back the attendant there called the owner and had to sit there for over an hour. The attendant smelled the water and said it was funny but started to sort of laugh and took over an hour to pour it out and refill them. Today though we took 5, 5 gallons the lady rosa was our attendent today, two guys came in with two gallons after us i was waiting to pay and the guys walked to pay infront of me im not rude so i stayed quiet, then she told them whichever two they took two of ours. I stood there looking to confirm that, that happened. I proceeded to walk out after the two guys. To let them know they took mine they said of she told us to take any of the filled ones. So we walk back inside and rosa indicated theirs two old scratch up gallons. Really going to take our? Ours are new. Then she proceeded to charge me for two and i said i had 5. The worst of all this is she is on her damn Bluetooth talking to someone. How do you expect to give customer service when your distracted with you phone call. Shit where i work i can get canned for being on the phone. Also the 5 gallons we took today weren't washed properly. read more
