After much research called PEBBLE SPRING WATER and spoke to WILL at length about my NEED for 3-gallon HANDLE bottles. Was assured they have them and my new account was set up immediately. My first delivery came 2-days later and was exactly as promised. Suffice it to say SO FAR, BEYOND GREAT!!!! Love the fact that PEBBLE SPRING WATER is a smaller company who actually still cares about REAL customer service and PERSONAL assistance instead of automation hell! Works for me!! That was all I needed to hear. I hung up, called Phresh Waters instead, and they immediately scheduled a delivery without hesitation. That's what real service looks like. For the four filters replacement I was quoted $1,100 plus tax. They don't tell you that there's no options of purchasing online and you must pickup at your nearest Culligan(for me it's an hour drive each way). So for each set of replacement expect to shell out another $1,200 and drive to them for pickup. They will conveniently leave all this info out at install. Alternatively, they will also gladly charge you $200 service on top of that if you want them to pull out the old and push in the new filter which is easily done by consumer and not necessary but may save you the drive to and from Culligan if you deem that worth it.
