H2O! Hydrate your body the way it should. Their purified water is quality at best. Great service! Inside is clean especially the purification equipment. I like everything that I saw. A complete checklist of maintenance and quality assurance on the wall. Explanation diagram of reverse osmosis on the wall. They even have more better quality options of water like oxygenated and ph balanced like Kanjen water. The benefits are immediate! Service: Lovely. The employee was super helpful and cleaned every bottle and packed them nicely. Super clean store and options for oxygen and alkaline and purified water. BUT, this will be my first and last visit bc it's insane to me to pay $1/gallon for purified water that's $0.35-$0.50 at the spots next to smart and final and Whole Foods. Even in Calabasas and Sherman Oaks. The price gouging here is offensive to consumers. They're banking on water suppliers being a rarity in Simi and taking advantage. "Purified" and simple. When it comes to cost, it's not much, I understand, but this is clearly greed taking advantage and that's unfortunate bc I love supporting small businesses. Very disappointing. My subsequent water purchase was at $0.40/gallon. If you drink a gallon a day as I do, it adds up and it's really sad. read more

We used to spend so much money on buying plastic bottles of alkaline water from grocery stores until we discovered Wateria! Their reverse osmosis alkaline water is delicious and customer service is super fast and friendly! They even have 3 gallon glass bottles instead of the plastic ones which we really appreciate! The staff was very friendly and explained their filtration process. They are also cheaper than Primo who is charging $7.99 for a bottle plus a delivery fee. I don't trust the water machines in front of grocery stores (I wonder where the water comes from and if it is filtered), so having Wateria is a great alternative. My wife goes and now grabs our water from Wateria. Yes we can go to any place that's by a store, however we get oxygen and alkaline water and you can mix and match them. i pay $80 a month for my alkaline water for my entire family! if i went w/ Wateria id be paying over $240 a month. i've been getting high-pressure reverse osmosis to Mineral Alkaline water for a long long time now. as well as in the past Electrolyzed Alkaline water. I've been to places w/ better filtration systems and better Alkaline water that only charge $1.00 per gallon for alkaline & $0.40 or $0.50 per gallon for reverse osmosis water. $3.00 for Alkaline from this store is just outrageous, and i've had better Alkaline water. i've never seen such a rip off for water in my life. i am all for people getting into drinking good water, but this company is ridiculous everyone's better off finding a better store living in Simi Valley. read more
