I spoke with the receptionist who offered no solution other than to come in the following day to talk with the manager, I asked if she could speak with the manager and she informed me I could call the Port Huron location to speak with her. I called that location and the manager said they would not take the certificate because it was over a year old, although the expiration date section was crossed out by the employee who wrote the certificate. They offered no apology or small discount, this is stupid and bad business as well as very poor customer service.

Back home on the coast I would've paid $75 just for a haircut- here, I paid $35 for a cut AND brows! Super good deal. I was styled by Rebecca and she did an awesome job. My brows came out flawless, even better than when I go to European wax center. Typically my eyebrows are super uneven (not really anyone's fault, they just grow patchy), but Rebecca got them to look very neat and symmetrical. She cut and dried my hair in record time and it came out very nice, she got rid of a lot of the damage without going overboard which is just what I wanted. My bangs did come out a little shorter than I was hoping, but my hair is poofy and shrinks a lot so I can understand how someone wouldn't be expecting it to dry the way it did. Overall I am super pleased with my services and the salon was clean and appealing. I will be returning in the future for more services.
