I got a tech that had no experience doing acrylics. They were so horrible that I couldn't even say anything while I was there. I called the manager the next day. She knew exactly who I was talking about and told me that she got out of school a month ago and her techs use customers as there ginypigs .... after all that's how you learn right? WTH! Shouldn't I have been told I was being used as a test dummy. I was late leaving for my trip bcuz I had to go back to get them off & my money back ofcourse. That's Y they call this place OUTBACK. cuz its that hole in the wall ...OUTBACK! Very unprofessional. WISH I would have had this review to read before wasting my Time. And funny thing is..
