Waters Tree Services sucks. There's no other way to put it. They're just awful. When my neighbor hired them to come trim a large tree that had several dead and dying limbs hanging precariously over our house and yard, the owner of Waters Tree Service came by our place, and I let him into our fenced yard to take a look. I pointed out one branch that was directly over the power line and asked him if it was possible to remove that -- and he said it was -- and I asked him if he would be able to contact me before they trimmed anything so that I could move any plants that might get damaged by falling debris -- and he said that would be no problem. Even though I was not the paying customer, I felt that these two requests were quite fair. Needless to say, Waters Tree Service ignored both of these requests. They came by without notifying me -- even after I called their office a few weeks after their initial visit just to see when they were planning on coming by and was assured by the owner's wife that she would give me 24-hours notice -- and, honestly, I'm not even sure what exactly they did other than leave a few twigs scattered around our yard. There are still numerous dead limbs hanging over our house and yard that continue to fall every time the wind blows, and the one limb I specifically asked them to remove -- the one hanging a few feet over the power line -- was completely ignored. Waters Tree Service might be the worst, most incompetent, most flat-out disrespectful company I've ever dealt with. read more

I recently had several trees removed and can honestly say that I have never seen such hardworking people. They worked in the rain to get the project completed. Their prices were fair and the job was completed as promised. The whole crew were very polite and respectful and I would certainly use them again if needed. read more

Mr. Waters removed some trees for me years ago and at that time was excellent to work with - great communication - great price - consideration for the job, more so than I've experienced with other tree surgeons. Even though it had been several years since we had any contact, (I wouldn't be considered a 'current customer'), when the recent storm cracked a tree and it landed across the driveway, Mr. Waters came late at night, in the dark, after working all day, to get the tree removed so that we would be safe in case of an emergency. He and his wife are excellent business owners and communicate through every step of the job. Highly recommended!! read more

Water's Tree Service just concluded a major job for us, removing ten huge trees (all well in excess of 100 feet tall), pruning another huge tree and removing shrubs. The crew worked hard. They were well coordinated and careful. Even though some of the removal work was in very close quarters, they performed the tasks with no damage to any structure. In addition to being technically skilled and effective all the crew members were polite and considerate to a fault. We are very happy to recommend them to anyone. read more

The rating should be 0. They missed two appointments without calling. When they finally did show up they ran up over my walkway, crushed it and caused me $1600. worth of damage, not to mention the damage to the city sidewalk. They broke $250. worth of garden lights and trampled my yard. When I confronted the owner about this he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Don't use them, they are awful! Paula Olsson read more
