I found nails in my driveway, broken…read moreornaments in my flower bed, cracked fascia, broken soffit retainers, shingles that look like they should have been thrown away instead of installed, loose nail under shingle, nails pounded too far in the ridge vent I don't need. I have spray foam rafters, solid soffits and they added ridge vents without asking me. Without an air channel to vent the heat & humidity it is not a vent, it is a hole in the roof. There is spray foam blowing in the vent like popcorn so it is not sealed as stated in message (see pic). When I asked the vents be remove and the roof be returned to it's original design, I got the run around for a month then was asked to pay more money for their mistake. They have said they offered to fix it. Their "offer to fix it" is in the pics and they wanted 300 bucks to fix their mistake and not ever show up when they said. I am not angry, just done with the B.S. Danny Grassi called me at home tonight and told me there was nothing wrong with any of the work they did. Danny has never set foot on my roof and is telling me that I am lying about its condition. Also, no offer to pay for any of the damaged property. I guess that was my fault?

That's right, multiple neighbors used South Shore Roofing and were 100% happy with their work. We had an appointment on a Friday afternoon, they showed up when they said they would. They confirmed the appointment in advance as well. We received an estimate that day and signed the contract shortly thereafter. They took care of everything including getting POA/HOA approval, which was not an easy feat with our POA. We received approval and work commenced within the week. They sent me photos of the work that they were doing as they did it too. They found dry rot under the shingled roof and replaced all the wood before placing the new roof on. We had a shingled wraparound porch, but opted to go with a metal roof for looks and longevity. We LOVE it! Customer service is top notch, follow up is amazing. The value was outstanding - and would easily contract with them again. We are delighted with the work and the company.

Mr. Sapp and Professional Roofing Solutions came out, and immediately discovered that the leak was NOT coming from the place we were told, but rather from the very top of the house. Took him about 5 minutes to figure this out after seeing standing water under the singles about three feet in from the end of the roof. Paid HALF of what I was getting ready to pay to the other folks, and this fix came with a 5 year guarantee that if that same leak comes back at all, the next fix to repair it is FREE!!! The knowledge, experience, and integrity they and their GAF-certified crew bring lays to waste the adage that 'everyone experiences at least one bad roofer in their lifetime.' We no longer have to with Whipple Roofing. Stan is always (!) one text, email, or phone call away (which is more than I can say about my insurance company regarding my April 26 hail storm claim). I told a Liberty Mutual manager it's embarrassing when the roofer becomes your source of policy information and not your insurance company. Yet also your gift as Stan is more than willing, and capable to kindly, and with great patience walk you through this confusing and challenging process. In the end, yours is an aesthetically and structurally superb roof covered by a consumer-oriented contract and warranty that I suspect is superior to this area. Also, as Stan says they aren't going anywhere (even my last roofer, Home Depot, has quietly folded their roofing division). I believe him and am thankful to the Lord they aren't.
