Heather went above and beyond to meet our expectations and gave us many options prior to move-in. Felicia and Tabitha are also a pleasure to work with! Everytime I have asked Crystal ( lady in charge of the facility) if the price will keep going up every year and she says she does not for see it ... yet it does keep happening. Literally giving us 2 weeks notice before the monthly price increase. Yet they expected a 30 day notice to move her out. The letter is the same every year the only thing that's changes is the amount that is added. We are moving our Mother out because of this and also the uncaring and very matter-of -fact way management has handle this. The staff is good ... However the management is very misleading. So if you have a set amount of money you can afford DO NOT put a loved one here. They will keep raising the price every year. My mom had been there 3 years and there has been 3 price increase . The first increase only 3 months after me moved her in, and then every December since.

You walk through the halls here and they are covered with trash that hasnt been collected and stains from where it had been sitting and rotting into the ground. The grounds are covered in dog poop, the roads have massive cracks, and not even our fire alarm works anymore. There are so many photos/videos I cant upload them all. Upon entry to my garage for the first time i was swarmed and stung by hornets. I really do not know how to describe how poor of a decision it would be for you to live here, I strongly recommend you look through the reviews and see the common theme, this complex cannot serve the residents it currently has let alone new ones. Almost everyone I meet has a major issue in their unit that the leasing office is either putting off, or denying. The one in my apartment is the A/C doesnt work at all and I have made it through most of this SC summer sleeping through 80 degree nights. For some they have had massive water leaks in their apartments for days if not weeks before any action is taken. Please, I dont know you, but I know you work hard for your money, and rent will be a large portion of that, choose a complex that will respect you for the thousands you stand to spend with them and not one that will try to trap you into signing before you can realize what you have stepped into. When I asked her Why did she have to Exterminator come out and do an embalming before we moved in and she couldn't give me a clear response. AFTER Numerous complaints about the Roaches she finally had the exterminator come out and do an embalming.It took her six months to do that I've lost food because of her negligence. So you would think that- that would be the End right? No I started seeing spots and markings on the Walls and The Windows Mold I reported it and She had maintenance come and spray some spray to fix the problem. After eight months Tamara decided to have a company come out and take pictures. The guy she hired confirmed it was Mold and it was a lot it was in the walls Ceiling , in the Closets ,and windows I had to throw Away clothing Shoes Beds belts hats half of my kids things toys. I had Three Huge Holes in the Ceiling for four that the company she hire made. I continued to pay my Rent and She Failed to Fix the Problems. So I held my Rent to get my issues taken care of and All that did Was help her to file and Eviction on me. I found out that I couldn't hold my rent. I told the judge that I had the money to pay I just want the issues taken care of Well the judge denied that and Said that they just want me out of the apartment. The judge tried to give me time to leave and Tamara kept trying to do a 24hrs Notice. After going back and forth in court , Tamara had My Entire Family A Five year Old Autistic Child, A 12 year old with ADHD, A 9year old, and a 1 year old ,and Two Service Dogs , put out on the Streets All of our things Outside on the Streets. And as the process was happening Tamara Stand With A Smile On Her Face. THE MODEL APARTMENT IS OLD AND OUT DATED OH AND INFESTED WITH TERMITES. A Tenant that lived in the apartment next door entire apartment was infested because they broke through the walls. And Tamara refused to move her and her family mind you she had a young son who woke up to termites all over him this company DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS.
