If I hire someone to represent me I want them to be cool headed and think about what they're saying or doing. So in the interest of ensuring people get good representation I think its important I share my experience with him. As I was detailing a single moment out of a long list of ones to him he impatiently told me they wouldn't give counsel on that incident. As I asked him to please let me finish so I could tell him it was not only one single incident but some several, one with thousands of damage, he cut me off and told me I should find a different law firm. In just a few minutes the Receptionist told me that they didn't realize that I was a new client and also the Attorney had been to the Dr earlier that day that I would need to reschedule for 6 days later. A simple phone call to tell me not to go through the trouble of getting ready would have been wonderful.
