I was totally nervous using a dealership's service department, because Dodge messed me up bad. (I had a dodge years ago, but I have a Toyota now.) Toyota in Lake Charles took my car in quickly the other day and was so kind and courteous. They even charged less than originally quoted. That makes me feel better ...like they won't charge for extra stuff or try to find more wrong just to make more money. My car came back today in great shape and I'm glad. I finally found one I really liked, paid $8500 for it. He said I was going to enjoy the car and I could not wait to start enjoying my vehicle. I had the vehicle for exactly ten days when the check engine light came on. I had a diagnostic scan done at an automotive store and sure enough it was a transmission problem. Two days later, the vehicle was jerking, moving slowing, and knocking sounds were coming from rear of vehicle. Took it to a local dealership and it was transmission problems and rear shock problems. This was not even a full month. It's no way we could have caused that kind of damage in such a short time. Mr. Allen and his mechanics had to know exactly what was going on with this vehicle. My husband called Mr. Allen and told him about the issue with the vehicle and he said Mr. Allen said to him, "she signed the papers". Yes, I did sign the "as is" papers and there was no check engine light on then nor were there a check engine on the three times we test drove it. As a matter of fact, the last time we test drove it, he told us not to take it on the freeway. We thought maybe he was ready to leave because it was close to closing time. But now we understand! It seems like he wanted to make sure we didn't see the check engine light come on before we bought the car. There's no way on God's green earth would we have bought a vehicle with a check engine light on. We had to have the vehicle towed to the automotive shop. By the time we finished paying for registration, replacing the windshield, the repairs, we had paid a little more than double the purchase price. I passed by his shop, he looked my way because he recognized the car I was driving before I made this purchase. Of'course he had a few good reviews, who knows how many of them were honest and for the most part the reviews were terrible. Intentionally dishonest! You reap what you sow! It will catch up with him eventually. Unless you have money to waste, PLEASE AVOID THIS CAR LOT OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The gokart was missing parts. they promise they will get the parts but never heard from them. tell me its 3 months warranty. 1st week already having problems. would not start. take it back to them for repair like 3 times. each time it get worst. and each time owner made excuse that its not under warranty. I end up paying for repair. next day break down again. turn out they have a non license mechanic repair my go kart. Open my go kart beyond repair without asking my permission on what the cost of repair is. they end up could not fix it. sent it to some ATV repair place. sit there for months! turn out. i found out this crook dealership is not even license to sell ATV!!! HE is a used car dealer. My advice to everyone that buy a car from this place. Walk away don't buy anything from these people. but don't take my word for it.

In the last 15 years, I've purchased autos from Ford, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Honda, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Subaru and Acura. While purchasing those I've also visited lots for Mercedes, Volvo and Genesis, so to say I "know the dealers" in the area is an accurate statement. In this latest purchase of a 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse, I worked the deal remotely with the Team at Bolton and the experience was fantastic. I did finance a portion of the car and we did all of that remotely as well so I basically could drive over to the dealer (80 miles away), spend 20 minutes at the dealership going over a few things and I was on my way. I wish all auto purchases were this smooth. I'd highly recommended Bolton and a small fact I was given is that the salesman are not commission based, so they spend the time helping you find the right car and not just "a car they have that you can afford", which makes a big difference in the experience.
