It all started when I received a USPS notification that an "Urgent Time Sensitive" envelope from Burrow & Associates was on its way. Concerned, I called the office at 8:32 AM to inquire about the letter. A female staff member answered the phone, and I explained the situation. I asked if I could provide my name and address so that she could assist me in understanding what the letter was about, as I have no history of bankruptcy or any legal issues. Angelique responded by saying, "This is a firm with over 35 offices. You haven't even opened the letter to see what it is. I can't tell you what's in the envelope until you open it." I tried to clarify my request and reiterated that I was simply trying to understand the situation. Instead of listening, Angelique continued to be dismissive, so I politely asked if I could speak to someone more knowledgeable, perhaps the person in charge of Marketing. She responded in a condescending tone, stating, "I am in charge of Marketing and I am also the Office Manager. You can't speak to anyone else." At that point, I realized I wasn't going to get anywhere, so I ended the call. After some reflection, I decided to follow up and try again. When I called back, a kind, professional staff member answered and was able to assist me. However, when I was transferred to another person, I was greeted by the same attitude--Angelique again. This time, she answered with an unprofessional tone, saying only, "How may I help you?" without any courtesy such as thanking me for holding or acknowledging the wait. When I mentioned that I would be writing a review about my experience, Angelique's tone shifted, and she attempted to gaslight me, claiming that my earlier experience was not what I had described. Honestly, I cannot recommend Burrow & Associates based on this experience. While everyone can have bad days, the level of unprofessionalism and condescending attitude from a staff member in such an important position--especially as an office manager and marketing director--raises serious concerns. If this is how a potential client is treated, I can only imagine how the attorneys conduct themselves. For anyone considering this firm, I strongly advise looking elsewhere!!!

The workman's comp people treated me like a second class citizen. I finally got fed up with the running around done by workman's comp. I search for a Great Lawyers to help me out. Someone who cared about my situation and who had my back. I searched for awhile, some returned my calls and emails, others didn't at all. I was getting frustrated. Then I went to Avvo.com. and found several Lawyers but the best reviews was Warlick and Grieg. I called them and the next day they were at my house. (literally) I have had lawyers in the past, (divorce, child support) not one was worthy. I was ripped off and used. I even got one disbarred. I was far from wanting to be used again by a Lawyer. I was extremely hesitant, guarded, apprehensive and skiddiest when it came to Lawyers. When they showed up at my place I was at ease, right off the bat. Grieg is a tall man of strong structure, with a very strong southern accent. He spoke with confidence and reassurance with that southern draw. He reminded me as Atticus Finch from "To Kill a Mockingbird". As for Warlick he reminded me of the actor Mathew McConaughey from "A Time to Kill" Compassionate, and tenacious. I in fact told them how I felt about lawyers and they promised me they would stand by me. In fact they went beyond the call of duty! I hired them on the spot! I was able to contact them at any time with my concerns and they stood by me, always answering my calls and emails. They had my back! I didn't have to worry about anything and that's is a awesome feeling. Which gave me the time to heal. The company I worked for didn't even call me and ask me how I was doing! Grieg and Warlick did! Even their staff was awesome, always on the ball and straight forward and extremely responsive! My case is now over, and I got the medical and legal help I needed. They were supportive and kept their word! They did everything they said they would and beyond. I literally cant say enough good about these Lawyers. Hire these L:awyers and YOU will not regret your decision. They GOT YOUR BACK and more! Best decision I have made!
