With the bedside manner of a physician, boardyard staff laid out the work, process, and cost of the job up front. During the prepping and painting process, staff (management and the guys actually doing the work) consistently informed us of progress and provided opportunities to view and approve the work They were responsive to our questions and specific concerns about our baby. The job finished on time (looking great), and (surprise of surprises) it was UNDER budget.
