Terrible Horrible property management Company! Beware before…read morerenting a home from them or giving your home to them to manage! I was stuck with them for 8 mnths and it was awful. Every time I called for a repair or any needEd anything whatsoever it took over a month to get any help. No calls back, zero follow up, the vendors they use are 2nd rate. Many times I would have the same thing fixed more than once to get it correct. They will overcharge you they will charge you incorrectly and refuse to refund your money. They will also come up with bogus charges when you move out so they can keep part of your deposit. (I have paperwork proof on this) The house I moved into had all sorts of problems starting the literal first day in the house. This took a solid 3 months to get fixed (all the while she was blaming the homeowner for not getting back to her) Overall just a terrible experience! Do Not Rent From These People!!
