I've have never experienced such great customer service until we visited the local New Holland dealer. I have a '99 2120 and was told by multiple Business to get a certain hydraulic filter, when that filter didn't work those places said oh well. However at Watson, I bought a filter, it did not fit (a New Holland issue not Watson), I called them up and told them my problem. It was past closing time but they still called me and told me that it was a New Holland issue but they found the right filter. They let me pick it up even though it was closed and didn't charge me again. They were behind helpful and have earned a new customer. read more
