To the owner of this company:…read more Get rid of your answering service.They are killing your business. I have made several attempts to contact your company in order to give you some business. On Labor Day weekend, the young lady taking the message couldn't spell Pagosa. Im sure she had no idea where it was and I guess I blew her mind clean off her head as I spent several minutes having to spell everything for her. I never got a call back. then, I left a voice mail on your phone a few days later. No call back. Then, On 9/22/20, my wife got on Yelp and requested a quote. You replied asking her to call the same number I had been calling and having no luck with. Today, I again spent several minutes with a male who kept telling me to call animal control or my local law enforcement when all I really need is for someone to come out, look at my roof where some bats are nesting and give me a quote on how much some mitigation would cost. 5 minutes into the conversation the guy reveals he is with the answering service and doesn't work for the company. How busy can you be to not answer your phone during normal working hours?? The answering service you hired to take calls for you is directly related to your customer service. it is a direct reflection of your business and how your business operates. I wish I could have possibly given you some business, but apparently, you are harder to reach than the President of the United States. SMH.
