I've been in my house less than a year and several of the hard wood shutters that were installed have started to crack. I made multiple calls to their store to get them looked at, and I couldn't even get a call back. I've had another company come out since, and they pointed out issues with the stain not being close to uniform. This may have just been a bad batch of shutters, or maybe the "quality" just isn't there. Either way, I am very unhappy with what I got, and even more displeased that I couldn't get a call back. And now, it's too late.
