Where to begin!!!!! This shopping center has all my favorite stores in one spot! Ulta, Nandos, 5 below, Fiju hibachi,nice movie theater, Gengis, so many retailers to list. They even had an Escape Room place which was perfect for our group since we all lived in different cities. The shopping center is well maintained. Brightly lit at night and very clean!! No signs of loitering or kids running at large without supervision. Majority of the retailers here are clean and give great customer service. Most of all theres plenty of parking!! read more

Waugh chapel town centre is pretty much a one stop destination for everything in the crofton area. On one end theres a safeway and department stores, and on the other end theres a wegmans and a movie theatre. Scattered throughout are restaurants and bars. The only downside is that some of the places in here draw a lot of traffic, and there really isn't anyway to maneuver around the busy areas. The main entrance is always busy from all sides, and the 2 lanes in front of the navy federal and Applebee's are just as bad. However if you can take the inevitable traffic hold ups, there are plenty of shops here to choose from. read more

I typically enjoy my experience at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre. There's a great variety of restaurants and stores. It's easy to spend a good deal of time here. There's a Regal movie theater, Target, Wegmans, Mission Escape Rooms, Old Navy, DSW, and more! Some of my favorite restaurants here are Fuji and Thai at Waugh Chapel. I guess the only downside is the traffic pattern and parking situation. They have a main strip of restaurants and stores where you would basically have to share parking with the movie theater or park behind the building. Also, the traffic pattern trying to get out of the shopping center can be a pain at times, especially when it's busy. read more

Waugh Chapel Town Center has been a gem in the Gambrills, Crofton, Odenton, area. The stores and restaurants fit the local needs and the Regal iMAX theater is a hit as well. I just learned that two new restaurants are being built; Outback and Mission BBQ! - Yes! A Mission BBQ ... this one will be closer to me than the one in Glen Burnie! read more

If I can give a Neg star, I would. When I placed my order, I asked for extra rice and meat. I received one extra piece of meat literally. I didn't make a big deal out of it. When I got to the register, my bill was $5 more. When I asked why, the lady at the register said that I asked for extra meat and falafal. I explained to her that i did not ask for extra falafal and was only given 1 extra piece of meat. I didn't have an issue with paying for the extra scoop of rice I received. She removed the extra expense, took my bowl and went to the trash can where she opened up the food I just paid for and removed the falafals with her bare hands and threw them in the trash. She did not say a word to me and did not give me a receipt. I tried to call management, but received no response. This was the first time I went to mezeh at waugh chapel. I have never received such poor customer service. read more

I have visited this establishment a few times previously. This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a restaurant. The waiter greeted us and took our order. Drinks soon followed. I ordered the jacket shrimp which took 20 minutes to arrive. A couple that came in afterwards which sat at a table across from me received the same appetizer before I did. About 40 minutes into the visit I asked our waiter is our food arriving soon. He said yes then rushed into the kitchen. By this time another couple came in and had their appetizers shortly after sitting. Our entrees came an hour from when we were seated. One of the dishes is cold, the others ones were hot. We asked for a manager but he never came to our table. The two couples that came in after us ate and left before us. I will not be returning. It appears the online /to go orders take priority over patrons dining in their establishment. read more

Bottom Line: A nice, but very busy shopping center with options for dining, erranding, movie watching and pampering. I am not intimately familiar with Gambrills/Odenton so for me the newish Waugh Chapel Towne Center and the adjacent older The Village at Waugh Chapel shopping center meld together in my mind. However, this review is specifically for the Waugh Chapel Towne Center which is anchored by Target, Regal Cinemas and Wegmans grocery store. Although busy, this strip mall is a very nice shopping center. It is clean and the landscaping is well maintained. There is plenty of parking but parking near your destination, especially if it's on the main strip, may be tough on the weekends. I personally could spend many, many hours in this shopping center. Wegmans is an amazing grocery store and of course Target can always be a black hole. Spending a few hours at the movie theater, inclusive of an IMAX, would be easy too. I could have a progressive dinner at this shopping center too as it includes over 15 dining options such as Starbucks, Panera, Qdoba and Nando's Peri Peri. read more

I went to the Loft at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre today. I bought a few blouses as a gift. I asked the sales person for a box and gift slips. She said they did not have boxes. I have been in the Loft many times and know this person has worked there many years and may be a mgr. I accepted that they did not have boxes. Then I did a little more shopping there and bought a few jewelry items. I asked a different sales person, when paying for the items, if they had a box for the jewelry. She said, "yes". When she opened the small closet door across from the cash register there was a bunch of boxes. She also gave me a few to fit the blouses I just bought. I am very disappointed that the sales person before her told me they had no boxes and did not even check for some. read more

Great family friendly shopping area....never have to leave a Crofton. Live Summer and holiday music on the main strip, and a little something for everyone when it comes to food and shopping. The movie theater is relatively new and has been well maintained. Great place to visit. read more

I love this Towne Center. I lived in this neighborhood before they broke ground in this area, so I was happy to see what all the racket amounted to. And for the record, it was worth it. The retail shops in this town center are great. I am eager to see what other retailers will come since there are still open spaces here. I love the Target and the Wegmans. And pretty much everything in between. There is an Regal Movie Theater, Old Navy, Carters, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Soma Intimates...and the list goes on. A family night out sounds like a great idea until you get to a 10pm show to only get burnt nasty popcorn. Not only that but other customers there are assholes to be frank. They don't care if you're sitting in the chair in front of them. They will put their stanky ass feet over your head and kicking your head. I literally had to move my seat away from my family. What a waste of money. The seats are cramped. You get better quality on everything at Cinemark. Avoid this place like the plauge. read more

The Waugh Chapel Town Center is nestled between Odenton, Gambrills and Crofton. I'm told that this is a fairly new development to the area. It bustles with stores like Target, Marshall's, Bed, Bath and Beyond for household items. You won't go hungry here! Nando's Peri Peri, Bonefish Grille, Green Turtle are just a few of the eateries that await you. A new Navy Federal Credit Union is being established and should be operational within a month or so. It's next door to Pier One Imports. Find a good spot to walk around to the various shops if the weather permits. Along the area where Bob Evan's, Frisco's Tap House and Newk's; the pedestrians seem to walk more casually as if the cars aren't trying to get somewhere. Traffic can be a bit congested at times. I do wonder why more research wasn't done for the traffic patterns (inbound and outbound). That's the one detractor that immediately comes to mind. I enjoy being able to go to a different business each weekend and having so many options. read more

Yup. This is a town center. Some places have been giving themselves the town center title and should be embarrassed. Condos and walking distance to the shops are what constitute the 'town' label. The stores are okay, but I really don't find myself coming back since most the shops are not necessarily my type of shops. They rerouted Route 3 to adjust how you go in and out of this center. Not sure if it helps; in fact, it can be quite confusing. The restaurants here are mostly the chain variety. A big Safeway can be found here; the Wegmans just down the street is better though. I guess, this is good option for folks that live in Odenton, so it will be here for a good while, even with the new shopping center next door. read more
