Honest answer was GNC doesn't give them that background but the supplier is the biggest and there is processing involved but this company is highest quality. Compared to Whey Protein you buy at discount chain stores or bulk stores (to not name names), their quality to get to their lower price point is not as high of quality and is more processed. Makes sense... He also said any Soy product is the most processed product in the U.S. So use almond or other products. I like that all of my purchasing information is in their rewards data base to help me as it takes 2-4 months for me to consume these large bottles of whey. I'm excited to be able to make a fresh pizza at home again after a year of no real pizzas or throwing the crust away and just eating the toppings. When you factor that my pizza toppings have 0 carbohydrates except about 5 for the low carb sauce and maybe 1 for the amount of Italian sausage the whole pizza is approximately 6 net carbs. I will have to explore the store better for low carb substitutes in the future, I will post pictures of the low carb pizza pre cooked.

I prefer Health Hut to Outpost for value, but both have their pros and cons which keep them close to the same rating for me.
