There are fab exercise classes that you need to book in for, the gym has a wide range of equipment. The pool is small which lets the place down somewhat. The bar/restaurant area is good and kids are welcome, good food at reasonable to expensive prices, so occasional treat rather than regular feature. Good kids clubs mainly for under 10s, need to be booked. I like it there. Tennis, badminton & squash courts.

It's…read morelovely - the staff that set them up are generally nice (we did have trouble once where they called us liars about the field being set up). But the first time that I came through the center and needed help finding the fields, a worker there walked me all the way over towards the fields (not a small trip). So win some, lose some. There is some parking for the center, which is nice as it's a bit out of town. The fields are amazing - well kept, and the lighting is good. Overall lovely place to call "soccer home" for my time in the UK.

There are 18 holes and a great water feature, caves, and pirate ship decoration throughout the course. For £5 it was a bargain because it took over an hour to complete with our group. Glad we arrived early as it did get quite busy behind us. There were a few holes that were a bit run down, one in particular had no fake grass but others were brand new. I am thinking that they may be in the process of redoing them for summer. It didnt effect my terrible golf game one way or the other though. There was a cafe outside with ice cream and drinks, so I had a post golf Magnum and diet pepsi. There is an inside play area which would be great if you had kids for parties. Had a great day out and as it was cheap, will definitely be back.

We went there in the pouring rain and the staff really made the experience and live shows personal. Fun for the kids and adults. I come her regularly to take my toddler daughter to might mites, a soft play session in the sports hall. It costs £3.70 for a session and parents can sit at tables available and order drinks and even a cooked breakfast from the cafe. Great if you want to have a chat and amuse the children. The gym overlooks the sports hall and looks well used. Situated just off the A27 and next to Manor Park its very accessible to anyone living in Lancing, Worthing, Shoreham and surrounding areas.

I use the gym regularly which is clean and has lots of machines (although it could do with a Smith machine and can sometimes get a bit chavvy after work in the evenings) and i regularly attend circuit training with Dan who is more like a boot camp trainer but his class is great fun and because of his motivation to work harder I have lost around 6% of my body fat in just 8 weeks!
