The captain (Jack) was great. The guide Kristen did know a lot about marine life, I'll give her that. Her customer service skills were terribly lacking however. She def had an attitude about many things; one of them being when I asked for two life jackets for my little kids as we teach them when we're in a boat we wear like jackets supports. She acted like this was insane and out of the question and annoyingly grabbed them for us as said "you can have them but I don't want to invoke fear of the rest of the guests" I actually was so pissed she said that in front of my kids. At the end we got a bill and I was confused because when I booked, I was charged over $400 so I said simply I think we already paid, can I find my receipt and email? I showed her it said on my receipt "total paid" and showed her the charge on my credit card. She said in twenty some or thirty some years it's always the same and it's like a hotel and made me feel like an idiot. Again, I feel like i just asked a question and was spoken to like I was an absolute idiot. I then a little agitated calmly said, it's a little infuriating we are spending $400 and you are talking to me like this. I found your comment earlier about the invoking fear to be out of line and compared it to wearing a seatbelt in a car and I don't appreciate feeling judged by wanting to wear safety equipment in a boat. She gave zero apology and doubled down with both things and honestly I was so annoyed, I topped nothing and got off the boat. Kristen may be a marine expert, but having her with your business is honestly a liability. I am SOOOOO pissed we spent $400 on this ride. I hope you're other employees are better. For $30 in season, this is a great deal for a 1.5 hour boat ride that leaves from Rose Marina. The boat had about 100 guests on it that night and still didn't feel too crowded. There aren't seats for everyone, but you really do just want to stand along the side of the boat for the best views as you cruise alone the Marco Island canals up to the Esplanade and then out to the Gulf for the sunset. The DJ and cruise director was outstanding, keeping us all dancing and having fun as soon as we stepped onto the boat. The bar serves beer, wine, and a few cocktails, as well as soda and water. The bar line was quite long and slow-moving as soon we boarded, but it opened up a bit halfway through the ride. And definitely bring cash (there's a $3 service charge for using credit cards). We all got off the boat and cannot wait to do this again!

Once there, Jake was kind and helped us out. We rented two Scooters for an hour. He gave us a map and a tutorial on how to use the scooters (neither of us had rode one previously). My husband picked it up fast, and after about 10 minutes for me riding around, I felt comfortable enough that we took it out on the main road. We rode Collier down to its end which was perfect! It was a smooth ride with few traffic lights, no speed bumps. Speed limit was 35, and our scooters topped at 30 mph (although the one my husband rode did seem to go a bit faster). We passed by all the hotels (which are gorgeous btw) and rode in between neighborhoods too. We rode the same street back and passed by the shop for another couple miles or so (the large bridge) before U-turning and heading back in (to give a time perspective of how far we got). Had a storm not been imminent, we definitely would have gone for another hour or two! Highly recommend, and would absolutely do it again. Of note, they offer other rentals besides scooters- golf carts, scoot coupes, & bikes.

Toured the entire island per jakes directions. Stopped to have lunch and then returned the cart to Jake. Everything was smooth. The golf cart was clean and new. The price was very reasonable. Not a single complaint from me. Going to definitely come back in a few weeks and take their awesome red mini cars for a spin. They look awesome. Definitely support this business. They have an awesome squeaky clean brand new collection of rentals - bikes, scooters, cars and carts. The scooters look like a blast. Marco island is the perfect place to take one of those puppies for a spin right now.

Our tour left the dock a little before 5pm and we got to see the gorgeous homes decorated for Christmas and even a couple of up close dolphin sightings. We brought our own holiday cheer and appetizers to share. Definitely recommend this tour for a great time to see how the rich and famous live !

I did a tour and a kayak rental through Everglades Adventures and I gotta say everything was…read moreexcellent and incredible all the way around I stopped into the office before my tour time just to go over my kayak plan and get any advice and knowledge for my kayak camping trip Dylan, who runs the rentals and tours was SO knowledgeable and SO helpful! We discussed my original plan, and unfortunately I had not planned well enough. Dylan helped me adjust my plan, and guide me to a better, more attainable set of camping sites. With his knowledge and advice, I ended up leaving one day later, BUT it was definitely for the best. Dylan's knowledge is key! Always take his advice! By taking Dylan's tips and advice, I had an amazing kayak camping experience - I paddled out to Tiger key, during the calm part of my trip, and then hunkered down on Tiger for a few days - which Dylan had warned there would be a storm. With his advice, I took a book and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I paddled around some of the other Keys and headed back on a safer day. My Eco tour was with Alec, and he was an excellent tour guide - he took us through the mangroves and we saw some alligators, water fowl, and ospreys- super dope! He gave us some really interesting history about Big Cypress and the Everglades, and was all around just awesome. Finally, shoutout to Matt, who was super helpful setting up my kayak rental and getting me paddles. He went above and beyond to make sure I had two sets of breakdown paddles for my journey - just awesome! Thanks so much Dylan, Alec and Matt, you all rock! Highly recommended!

In all the kayak tours I have had (which is plenty) this was one of the most memorable one. The tour guide was excellent and we were lucky to see lots of wildlife. We took the morning tour but also heard the afternoon (sunset) tour was excellent as well. Thus, next time we return to Everglades area we are surely doing the tour. Five star kayak tour!
