I get these done every 3 months and alternate sides in order to deal with pain. This office has the pain management specialist on one side and a surgery center on the other side. It is very clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They get you in fairly quickly and prep you for surgery immediately. The procedure is always done with care and they make sure that they deal with the proper spot as far as my pain goes. I highly recommend this center if you are dealing with any type of spine or back pain issues, however I don't wish on anyone getting hurt and having to use their services, but if you do.....try them out, you won't be disappointed!

My primary care physician did an x-ray and found that I had severe arthritis in my lumbar spine and sacroiliac joints. She sent me to Spine Specialists. Dr. Peacock looked at my x-rays and examined me. He told me he thought the best course of action would be nerve blocks to my sacroiliac joints. We proceeded with that course of treatment for several years. I would go about every 10 weeks and get the injections to both sides. They helped my pain immensely. In 2024, I was in seeing one of the PAs and she brought up a procedure that would give me longer lasting pain relief. I would have to do two test runs, with a total of 8 injections at a time, to prove to my insurance that the procedure would work to kill the nerves. I endured both of those, and they did indeed prove that I was a candidate for nerve ablation. I was told that nerve ablation gives pain relief for 6 months to a year. Dr. Peacock performed the ablation on my right side in September 2024. The pain relief was almost immediate. We did the left in December 2024. It is now March 2026, and I have not had any pain return. I absolutely, 100% recommend Spine Specialists and Dr. Peacock!

The wait was only about ten minutes before they took me back for x-rays. The doctor came in a few minutes after and diagnosed a broken wrist. A soft cast was made and I was out of there. The entire visit from start to finish was just barely over an hour. Everyone was friendly and professional. This was a much better option than waiting two weeks with a broken wrist!

He performed surgery--inserted a plate and screws-- and it went well. Follow up x-rays showed some distance between two of my fingers, necessitating perhaps a second surgery. At that point I was done. My hand was not perfect but the recovery time is so laborious I chose to live with the slight discomfort. The discomfort only occurred when I was putting my full weight on it, as in the plank position, so I was fine. Here I am a few years later, with a re-injured wrist. Will I go back? Absolutely not. If you have a choice and a hand problem, go elsewhere. Unless you like a condescending military guy. (He was even haughty before the surgery with my husband in the room. My husband said, I thought for sure you would get up and walk out. lol.) If you have an emergency you will be well taken care of here. Otherwise, yuk. Avoid for hand injuries.

I was in a tremendous amount of pain and agony...on crunches and he suspected I tore my meniscus. My first thought was omg am I gonna need surgery. He walked into the room veey calm, cool, collected and professional. He listened to me thoroughly as I explained eveeything that happened to me. He explained in detailed that they offer various lines of treatment and that the 1st was the R.I.C.E method combined with a very strong pack of medrol (prednisone) and then physical therapy. I am relieved to announce it ALL worked and I did not need surgery. He told me initially that he did not think I needed surgery at all and the fact that he was right in eveeything he told me comforted me and gave me a ton of hope. I did PT for 6 weeks several times a week and was gd as new. Had a followup with Dr. Wham and he was so happy for me that I was all better and ensured me that PT works and he always highly recommends it. He discharged me and that was that. I highly recommend not just this establishment, but Dr. What specifically. I would not see any other ortho DR/surgeon, but him.

Here are the reasons why: 1) His treatment works. Other chiropractors have had me in much more frequent treatment with little to no change in my condition. I'm a pretty loyal patient, so I gave those other doctors a fair shake--several months of treatment or more. I started to receive some relief from Dr. Grosman's treatment almost immediately, and now I keep going because it keeps me in good condition. 2) He's honest. I suspected some of the other chiropractors I worked with were stringing me along, treating me frequently to bill my insurance. Dr. Grosman's staff sat me down and discussed up front what treatment I was likely to need and what my insurance coverage limits were. My treatment frequency has been based on my need, not my policy limits. I was actually surprised when Dr. Grosman suggested spacing my appointments further apart; he could have billed my insurance for the more frequent visits, but he didn't feel I needed them. 3) His staff is professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. They make a point of greeting me by name, even though I'm only there once a month. 4) The office is clean. That may not mean much to some people, but it means a lot to me. 5) They're low-pressure. The office offers nutritional supplements and weight-loss stuff that they themselves have tried. They make it available and they're happy to tell you about it if you ask, but they don't force it on you. 6) They believe in education. Dr. Grosman gives regular sessions explaining why chiropractic works, so you understand what you're doing and why. He also makes patients partners in their treatment. He's not there to "fix" you, he's there to help you help yourself feel better. It's about promoting health, not treating illness. 7) They're prompt. I rarely have a wait for treatment that's more than ten minutes, and usually my wait to be seen is less than five minutes. 8) Billing is convenient. They bill my insurance company directly, and I just handle the co-pay. For some reason, a lot of chiropractors require you to submit your claims yourself, which is more work than I feel like doing. I was at the end of my rope and on the verge of scheduling the surgery. My sister recommended him to me and I am so glad i called him. His treatments provided the relief from my pain. I first came to Dr. LeBauer in October of last year. At that time I was limited in what I could do in my daily activities from the pain in my arm and neck from my herniated disc. I had tried many different forms of treatment- traction, physical therapy, and epidural cortisone shots. I tore the meniscus in my right knee in November 2025. I knew exactly what it was, because I had…read moretorn my left meniscus several years earlier. I made an appointment to be seen by one of the PAs. She had them x-ray my knee, to make sure there was no bone issue going on. After a physical exam, she told me that I was correct, it was a torn meniscus. She wanted me to get an MRI done to get a good look at it. She did not provide me with anything to help with my knee in the meantime. When I tore my left meniscus, I had been given a brace to wear by the doctor I saw at their Clemmons location. That helped me to continue to be able to walk. Luckily, I still had that brace, so I just wore it for the same amount of time I had been advised to the previous time. The MRI confirmed the tear. The surgeon I saw when I came in for the results of the MRI gave me two options. One was surgery, where they would use a scope to go into my knee and clean out the loose tissue. He said I would be out of work for 12 weeks, possibly less, if I felt well enough to go back sooner. The second option was physical therapy. He said there was a chance it might not help, and it was a very conservative approach to my condition. I almost felt like he was hoping I would say surgery. I opted for physical therapy. Luckily, it worked, and I do not need surgery.

Dealing with the whole experience has seen a definite drop in care. In their rush to pad their bottom line they rush past your concerns.
