But today I had a dryer not heat up and after 30 minutes the clothes were cold and still quite damp. I told her there was no heat, she dropped a quarter in and walked away. She then came back opened the door and said, "Does this feel hot to you?" The interior was warm but not enough to work. I asked for my $1.50 back and she said I must've put it on the wrong setting and walked away.

Instead of handling the situation calmly, she escalated it, which made the environment uncomfortable and unwelcoming. In addition, there were several individuals hanging around outside who appeared intoxicated, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, the atmosphere did not feel clean, professional, or customer-friendly.
