We placed a catering order for 2:30 but called to switch it for 3:30... so arrived at 330 expecting the order to be ready but it wasn't.. we didn't walk out of the chick fil a til 4pm... no apologies nothing... we had an event to head to that needed it by 330pm so we could be there by 4pm....
