Well I am not a WawA food junkie so I can't speak much on the food. I know two close people that LOVE it and I'll trust them. They do have the walk up and order on the computer food, pre-packaged food and they have a variety of snacks! The bathrooms are normally decent. The shelves seem to be well stocked oh and their ATM always has worked. So if you need some money this is a good location to stop. They offer free air as well. There is also plenty of parking so come on down and get what you need. Well they are a gas station and they do carry gas!! They have 87, 89, 91 and 93. All in all this is a great place. The customer service is sometimes off but it does have what a gas station is suppose to have!

I was advised by the cashier that she was taking care of a customer at the moment, even though there was no customer in line. It turns out it was an order for another Wawa employee who was walking around the store. No other cashiers available to assist. A few days earlier, I made a purchase, and a person walked up to me while I was being rung up by the cashier, begging for an item I was purchasing. I just told the customer, "No" and walked away. I would expect this type of behavior in a poor inner city location, not Belair. A few months earlier, I stopped in after 3am for a cup of coffee. Was told by another customer also looking for some coffee that there wasn't any available. Store employees told the other customer that they don't start making coffee until 4am. So much for the 24 hr store experience. Then I decided to make another purchase, waited 5 minutes at the empty cashier area for assistance, then left. I did notify corporate of that incident, however no improvements have been done since my complaint. No one acknowledged me, and there were at least 5 employees in the store at this time. This location needs to be closed. I get better service from the Aberdeen and BelAir location (at 543).

I have never ordered their chicken but a friend of mine has and he stated the chicken can be a hit or miss. Come on guys! Their gas is normally around the prices as the other locations in the area so you can definitely make a chose to go to WawA right across the street. The particular day I stopped here and took a picture of the toilet, that was a final straw for me. So not only are the employees not always the friendliest, but they seem not to care about cleaning up either. Yes, I give slack to them simply because I wouldn't want to clean up someone else's poop....but when you have certain jobs it comes with descriptions and we have to abide by those. Last 3 times I've went there I've spent 10-15 minutes checking out because of self check out freezing and / or taking a service member forever to check me out manually and get me out the door . it's always an inconvenience going here. It was super well stocked and every single hot food item for sale was visibly fresh. There was not one lonely, shriveled up hot dog, the pizza and the cheese were fresh and melty and not dried out. The chicken wings look like they were fresh out of the oven as well. I was super impressed. I never leave reviews, but I needed to go out of my way to do this one for an exceptional business. I normally only go during the day if I am passing by and the gas is cheap or when they have the free slurpee day. During the evening hours or during the summer you see a good amount of younger children/young adults crowding around. The staff have seem pleasant the times I have went in. During the Free slurpee event a few year back they were a bit irritated since so many people were trying to take more than one per person. If you are stopping here there are several other places on each direction of this location you can stop at for food, Ive cream or even stop at tractor supply and get you something something. There are also a few hotels close by as well so you could walk here as well.

Having already entered my Giant card number, it was too late, so I got just a couple of gallons and then filled up at a Sunoco at the last Chesapeake House area on 95 for $1.00 less (and picked up a Diet Coke that was probably half of what they were charging). The display cases, product shelf display, restrooms, small eating area all really amazing for a convenience store plus they sell gas. We ordered the broasted Chicken bucket to go. The counter person asked if we were in a hurry, that if we waited about 10 minutes or so, a fresh batch of chicken would be ready. Really...Really....REALLY ?? What a great customer service! I can't remember that kind of concern ever for a customer at a convenience store. I don't know if this is usual for other Wawa locations, but this was a great experience. We have nothing like this back in my area! OBTW, the chicken was moist, tasty, lightly seasoned and done just right.
