    My order

I work nights, so when I get a chance to buy food, I usually go to Wawa, and whenever I order something from the counter, Hoagie wise I am consistently disappointed in the craftsmanship of my sandwich. There's usually always something missing and at this point I'm not going back.

Most Wawas are busy but ran efficiently. Not this one, never enough help scheduled and constantly out of things.

The bread did not taste as good as it normally does and I should've returned it but I thought maybe they changed their bread at this location (I've ordered this same sandwich many times before from this location). I did also order an iced coffee which I only took a sip of. Not because it made me feel ill but because I don't normally drink til I'm done eating. Since it was the only thing I ate that day and everything that I ate the day before, I ate a day later (leftovers) with no problems. But on a good note, I lost 2lbs! :-)

It was nice to see another location, but getting here after getting off the highway was a bit of a headache. However, once I did get into the lot and after I found a parking spot, I ran inside to use the facilities. Not unlike most Wawa locations, the facilities here ware cramped. One toilet, one urinal, not the roomiest set up, but if you need to go, you need to go. Once out of the facilities I ran to get a beverage and something small to snack on so that I could be on my way. Getting through the checkout line was easy. Once outside I stretched my legs a bit before I was on my way again towards my final destination. That is after I fought my way through the parking lot and back out on the road.

Once at the Boost machine, the owner started yelling, "MAH! MAH! HEY! MAH!" across the crowded store at my mother. When my mom asked, "What?" the female owner started yelling, "You gave me a nickel instead of a quarter! You bring me more money! Now!" My mom had accidentally pulled out the wrong coin. She went out to her car, brought in the remaining $0.20 and left feeling super embarrassed. Today, my mom went back to Krauser's, which was empty, and got her Boost. She said to the owner, who was there again, "I really don't appreciate the way you talked to me yesterday - you embarrassed me in front of the entire store." The owner then started SCREAMING at my mom that she "knows" she was trying to leave the store with the Boost without paying and that she can "Go to Hell"!!! My mom kept trying to tell her, "I wasn't trying to steal from you - I just grabbed the wrong coin out of my change purse," but the owner just kept screaming over top of her. Who acts that way to a loyal customer?!? We will NEVER be shopping here again. Absolutely ridiculous.

This Super Wawa is right on Route 130 southbound just south of the Betsy Ross Bridge. It's…read moreconvenient and has Jersey-priced, they-pump-it-for-you gas. It offers all of the typical things a SuperWawa has to offer including a decent restroom and free air quality for your car's tires. Why then only 3 stars? The service. It was Sunday morning around 9:30 and the place was full of people. With only one register open (wow!) the line quickly became 10 deep, literally. The cashier was slow, and to add insult to injury everyone except me is buying smokes. When the line whittled down to where I was sixth in line, on the opposite side of the cashier corral, a new cashier calls out, "Open here!" And he laughed. Like mice, there was an immediate scurry of those closest to the other side. Of course there was a register on the same side that would have been more appropriate and appreciated.

They make it pretty clear that they're going to finish whatever they're doing before they get to you. And that's not servicing other customers, but more-so cleaning up, restocking or just having side conversations. Life behind the counter is clearly much more important to them then any of the people that walk up. They roll their eyes at each other constantly, and there's just a general spirit of contempt in the store. The weirdest part is they make a lot of eye contact with you, almost daring you to show frustration at them. It took a lot of effort for me to not appear as upset as I was. It's like that Seinfeld episode with the soup nazi. I did my absolute best to walk around the store 4 times to give them some space... read the newspaper covers, noted the current beverage selection, pretended to be interested by pre-packages sandwiches. They made a brother work waaay too hard last night. Seriously we hit about 8 minutes before they even started my little drink order. Barely any customers in the store. There's a really strange vibe with that crew and you can see it influencing the general atmosphere of the entire store. The guy with the hairnet on his beard and the girl making sandwiches last night at 12:15am. Do better Wawa.
