Restroom facilities are somewhat untidy as the toilet paper double dispenser cover fallen and lying on the floor where women are sitting next to it as you conduct your business. I purchased candy and hand lotion. Hoagies are well stocked. Hoa​gie (noun) variants or less commonly hoagy; a large sandwich on a long split roll with any of a variety of fillings - a submarine sandwich. After we drove away, we encountered The Pennsylvania Railroad (PRR) Trenton Cutoff freight train passing through Fort Washington, PA. It is here at Wawa customer service is average. Cash is accepted, but no penny rounding was implemented. Despite my very brief fleeting time in South Central Pennsylvania, it is the experience that give value. Imagine that you go into the men's restroom and there was no paper, no paper towels, no toilet paper, nothing. Then you learn that there are stacks of paper products in the lady's restroom and you have to go in there to get it. That is what you have to do to toss out some trash or wash your window here. Like a second class citizen they don't think that people need one of those portable trash receptacles with the window washing bin in it to use while their car charges for 10-15 minutes. I have been coming to this Wawa for almost 5 years, it used to be my favorite until recently. Twice I had sandwiches which were less than sub par, I can't even describe the first sandwich, it cost me almost $7 & it consisted 2 very small pieces of toast, one small egg & one slice of bacon uggggggh. The second sandwich had ice cold eggs in it & that sandwich was over $7. I will continue to use this Wawa only for gas & coffee, NOTHING ELSE! read more

No need to go into detail, You know what a Wawa looks like. You know what Wawa Hoagies and Coffee tastes like. I just want to rate this particular Wawa as being excellent. Consistently clean store and super friendly staff. I feel like I am in Utah when I go to this Wawa. It also has a huge, spacious parking lot with great traffic flow and plenty of gas pumps. Perfect location next to my gym (LA Fitness) and right by the turnpike entrance. Unlike other Wawa's its easy to get in and out of this parking lot. My goto Wawa. read more

This is just what the area needed! This Wawa is a newer gas store, but not as huge as some of the newer stores. They have two areas for food, which seems to make my orders come out quicker. It can be difficult to discover if you're not looking for it. You even go over a little bridge to get there. There's no big Wawa sign on the street and it's surrounded by huge corporate complexes. Tip: it's right next to the turnpike ramp. Expect it to be busy around the times every Wawa is busy. Luckily, there's tons of parking around all sides of the store. read more

Went here and waited 15 minutes for a burrito. There were 20 tickets in front of me but only three people in the store. They have lots of traffic and the workers are very nice. But lacks the convenience that Wawa is supposed to have. They also are missing a lot of inventory whether that is a supply chain issue or not I am not sure.. read more

I waited 20 mins for a sandwich from the deli. I finally ask if they have started my order and they didn't even begin making the sandwich. There were 3 employees including the general manager and none realized me waiting for 20 mins. Didn't even sound very apologetic when I confronted them about my wait. read more

This is definitely one of the nicer, friendlier Wawa's I've been to and I was very excited to see this one open so close to where I work. It's a newer Wawa so the layout inside is a bit different from the old school ones I typically go to. There are two things that continue to impress me every time I go there. First is the friendliness of the staff. Everyone from the cashiers to the food prep staff are always friendly, courteous and genuine. Nothing feels forced or fake in terms of the customer service. No one feels like they are miserable working there and that definitely improves the customer's experience and brings them back. Second is the quickness in which the food is prepared. Holy smokes! Even when it's jammed like sardines in a crushed tin box in there, and everyone is ordering lunch at the same time, I can still get in and out in 5 minutes tops! Now that's impressive. The only drawback is that for some reason, there is a sign that does not allow pedestrian crossings on the side of the entrance where there is a sidewalk. I work in a business campus down the street and quite a large number of people walk there three seasons out of the year. I'm sure it's the township and not Wawa, but that would be the only thing I'd like to see is a designated crosswalk to get there. read more

It's wawa. Great coffee. Columbian with light cream..yum! The staff here is one of the friendliest staff in any wawa. Sort of smaller then other wawas but it does not get that busy, only during lunch time. All their items are fresh and made well. Glad to have it in this area. read more

The property is great and the selections are fantastic. The gas and extra parking are convenient. The people need work however. With a crowd around the deli, the staff showed no care. They continued working slowly and I waited 30 minutes for my bagel and latte. The bagel was drowned in butter which made it inedible, and my latte took 15 minutes longer and not the way I ordered it. Inconsistent and unpredictable. They will run out of ingredients and popular items. For example, a big seller is their quinoa salad, yet at any given time, am or even mid day, they will be out. Second Wawa in 15 mins. Whats up with no bathrooms Wawa? Seriously?!?! I just stopped at the Wawa in KOP to grab a coffee and use the bathroom and nada, now I got off PA turnpike and came here for the same and exact same thing!
