This is the second time I've been to this Royal Farms... The parking lot is very clean and well kept... The inside of this Royal Farms is very clean from the floors to the ceiling... You can eat off the floors it's so clean, not that I would... As you walk in you're hit by the good smalls of what is being cooked... Went here to get gas today, the attendant was personable and talkative. The price for gas was competitive with many other stations in the area. The air pump seemed to have issues though, it wouldn't beep when the tire reached the correct pressure. I also think the air pressure machine kept resetting to 35, when I had prompted it to only do 32. read more

STORE #274 I entered this store this morning to purchase chicken for my ill neighbor, who was in my car. There was one person working in the store. AFTER I placed my order for 8 pieces of chicken and 2 chicken sliders, the employee told me that I would have to wait about 15 minutes. After 35 minutes passed, still no chicken. Meanwhile, he had to wait on customers, and he missed about 8 customers who walked in and stole merchandise. He finally called me to the counter and looked at me as if I was an idiot because I didn't grab the chicken. "Aren't you #854?" "Yes, but what about the sliders?" He had forgotten them, and I couldn't wait any longer. I lost about $8. No refund. "Sorry 'bout that" was his comment. I am livid. In hindsight I wish I had stolen some merchandise before I left because I deserved about $25 for my sick neighbor's time and the sliders she wanted. read more

Good fast food can't go wrong with there chicken it's so tasteful a limitless salty but good and crispy

The food is normally good. However they currently have spicy fries and chicken. The problem with this is they use the same friers for both regular and spicy. The cross contamination is horrible. All of the non spicy food i bought is spicy. For a guy with stomache issues Im not supposed to eat spicy so i get a choice of stomache issues lator or throwing out the food and going elsewhere for food. read more

Great location and needed in this area. Getting gas is such a breeze here and less crowded than Wawa. They are known for their Fried Chicken and I must say, it is quite tasty! Best to eat in the car because once you get home the crispiness will not be there, lol. So far - no complaints! read more

Brand new Royal farms in the area with their famous fried Chicken and gas station. Got to love gas station chicken! Chicken was very good place is extremely clean and staff is extremely help helpful. went here on Christmas Eve to get gas & food because everything else is closed with the Holiday. When traveling Royal Farms is usually good, this was beyond offensive & a horrible experience. The food was cold & soggy, they did not include half the order, which will leave family hungry (so I will have to go out to someplace else & get more food) & when I called to let them know, the "assistant manager" was aggressive & rude on the phone. A vary odd & unpleasant experience. I'm sorry if employees are unhappy that they work at a gas station on Christmas Eve, but never should there personal dislike of their life situation be taken out on a customer who was just calling to let them know that they left half the food out of the order after we paid & the other half was not edible. Wow. That was a bad chicken meal. I was the only person in the store and ordered an 8 pc dark plus fries, biscuits and mashed potatoes with gravy. After I paid I went to pick up my food. The chicken bag seemed light - after checking there was only 6 pcs. I told the worker and she gave me 2 more. I got home and discovered we received Mac n cheese instead of mashed potatoes. I hate this kind of carelessness. The fries were a soggy waste of money. I received 12 biscuits instead of 8. Thanks but no thanks. Nope, never again. Dry over cooked chicken kept under heat lamps. Accidently ordered the spicy tenders and YUCK!! They were just as dry and chewy as a dog chew toy or treat. The macaroni and cheese was okay but nothing to really rave about. Same for mashed potatoes. The workers behind the counter the second time I went were great though. They made me a fresh batch of tenders and they weren't as dry or chewy but stil nothing to write home about. Great service, so so food read more

I visited royal farms on Friday at approximately 5:30am 01/29/2021 and requested a fill up of their regular gas, I received bad gas and the car has been running absolutely terrible since and even has a check engine light. Luckily I was able to drive enough to use a half of a tank now and added Lucas upper cylinder lubricant to my gas to stabilize it and went to another place for 93 octane fuel which now stabilized the poor fuel. After using the techniques my car is running fine. I'd like to warn people not to get gas at royal farms unless you know how to stabilize shitty fuel. This was my first and last time ever visiting. read more

Chicken was good. Potato wedges were good. Mac and cheese was flavorless. The frozen greek yogurt bar was REALLY nasty. I used the self check-out which I am not a fan of, but that seemed to be the only option. There were two young female employees behind the check-out, but rather than checking people out they were standing around, apparently griping about some exchange with the boss, like "then he said this, and then I said that"....I can't help but compare this place to Wawa and I much prefer Wawa. read more

First time having the classic chicken sandwich. It was really good. The gentleman in the food service area was very nice.

I got the chicken club and chicken was cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. Not that I mind cold fried chicken but one has to assume that chicken will be hot. I don't think they sell cold fried chicken at the Royal Farms Stores. I guess no one explained to the employee how to make a chicken club sandwich. If I'm wrong and they are suppose to be cold like a turkey or ham and cheese sandwich I apologize. Just put on the description that the pulled chicken sandwiches are served cold. read more

Get there 2 times after 5am for gas, guy in little gas hut refuses to serve me and have to go else where for gas.

The chicken tenders here are tasty, but I had to wait 25 minutes to get 4 chicken tenders. The staff behind the food counter was very slow putting orders together and handed me a box that busted and wouldn't close. They do carry Crispy Creme donuts also. read more
