I have only 1 monthly prescription. They NEVER have it in stock - NEVER. Their system will not let me order it more than 4 days before it runs out. Sometimes, when I go to pick it up, they have filled it for 3 months, something I've told them repeatedly NOT to do. Then when I say I only want a month RX, they make me come back to get it later. This is for HRT which is prepackaged in 28 days blister packs; all they need to do is separate the packs but they don't. This month, I called and ordered through the automated system on Friday. Never got a text or anything so today (Monday) I called only to find it hadn't been put through. Reordered on the automated system. Called back and spoke to someone who said it HAD been ordered on Friday (couldn't be true because the automated system won't let you reorder before a few days out). She told me they would text me today when it was ready. I've been in and out all day and could have easily gone by but didn't because I was waiting for the text. Finally, I called up there AGAIN at 5:20 PM only to be told that it's ready and has been for hours. So, then I called their corporate office because I am SICK OF THIS. These are only some of the issues I've had. Worst pharmacy EVER.
