This is NOT ABOUT THE COTTAGE HILL STORE BUT THE ONE IN FAIRHOPE ON 181 isn't listed- I would absolutely NOT recommend WAWA- At least NOT STORE #5804 in Fairhope, AL.... Went in on Sunday, November 2, 2025 and ordered from the kiosk. Paid at 9:23 AM and waited... waited... waited... waited... waited for over 20 minutes for our order - a bowl and a panini plus two drinks. I actually finished my drink waiting for our food. Watched two very lazy, unmotivated, chatty to each other employees move with the speed of sloths about the kitchen - not really accomplishing anything. When we came in only one other person was in front of us. By the time we got our food easily 15 people were standing around frustrated. Substandard employees with no motivation your customers haven't got the time to tolerate. Hope their pay reflects their terrible job performance. read more

I went to Wawa to get a hamburger on the recommendation from my brother. I had been to Wawa maybe a week before to get some gas and a personal pan pizza. I'd say the pizza was better than average. Well anyway, I get to the gas station and ordered the 2 patty bbq burger. The order machine as I call it is easy to navigate. I got my order ticket and I bought some chips and a drink separately. I'll say the wait to get my hamburger wasn't too long. I got home and proceeded to eat my chips and then my burger. There was temperature disparity I got from the bun and the burger. Nothing was frozen but the bun felt cold to the touch. The burger tasted like it was from the frozen food section. Meaning that it seemed like the burger patties were warmed up in the microwave. I don't know if that's how they were made but that's what it tasted like. To be fair I have no idea how I expected the burgers to taste. I was just going on the recommendation of my brother. Maybe he deserves blame. But seriously though the burger wasn't disgusting but not what I expected. I'm sure I'll come back but not for burgers. read more

35 minute wait for an average at best sandwich. Store is newly opened and still very busy. Not sure if it was because it is Sunday, but the fresh food cooler was completely empty. I'll be back but not likely to the deli. read more

brand new store good atmosphere great selection order omelet and quesadilla. The omelet was suppose to have bacon but did not. It was still tasty and filling and I will give them another try at a later date read more

You go in and have to order on a screen. You take the receipt and pay at counter. I ordered a roast chicken sandwich with BBq sauce. I added on french fries and ketchup. I also ordered a hot chocolate with one exspresso shot added. The chicken sandwich was smaller in diameter than ChicFila. About 75% but the chicken breast on sandwich was thicker than ChicFila. BBQ was good on sandwich. I received fries and when I got to car there was no ketchup I selected to be on fries and fries were cooked a little too long. many of fries were dark and hard. The hot chocolate with one shot of exspresso was very good I could clearly taste the coffee, When I order something I would like it to be done right. fries should be verylight brown and if I ask for ketchup it should be given to me. The fries did have seasoning which was not too strong. read more
