From not being greeted once, to taking 10 minutes to even get to pay, to absolutely no apology for how long it took or even a "thank you" or "have a nice night." I can count on one hand the times I've ever left an establishment without leaving a 20% tip but I've never seen a more deserving group of people to do it to. As for the food - who would've guessed that bagging corn nuggets before getting the burger it took 10 minutes to make would result in a barely warm bag of corn nuggets? More mysterious, however, was how in the world the burger wasn't hot after all that time cooking. Do yourself a favor and walk away if it takes you 3 minutes of standing directly in front of the team members who are at the counter with no greeting. Don't give them the benefit of the doubt, no matter how much you once loved it. I'm grateful for the experience to teach me to stop vouching for small town stops if I haven't been there myself recently. Here's to hoping no one I recommended this place to recently has gone, or that they had a better experience than I did!
