This restaurant has never failed me! The food is always fresh, the staff is always nice, and the price is reasonable for the quality of the product you're receiving. Today my hubby surprised me with the jalapeño cheddar sausage egg and cheese biscuit! Omg the egg is fried fresh the edges of the egg is crispy like this is a freshly fried egg and the jalapeño cheddar biscuit tastes like they made it's this morning it has a crunch but also fluffy and the right amount of spice! My wife and I have been here 3 times in the last 6 weeks. No problems at any time. Yes it can take 5 minutes to get an order placed and 10-15 minutes to get your food but last time I checked I wasn't late for a race, wedding or other ants-in-your-pants I have to have it in 30 seconds event. - Stop with the me..me..me.. I want it now attitude. That's so yesterday. The burgers and fries are always fresh and hot made to order and taste pretty goodband no I don't blame Whataburger for cold food or open bags due to the way it arrives from a delvery service. I sit next toothed counter and have watched them roll the bags closed so Twice the floor was spotless with someone always Cleaning and the third I saw food on the floor in multiple areas. Ordered through DoorDash and this is how my ordered arrived. Bag wide open. Fries cold and the burgers luke warm. Fries were put in the air fryer to reheat and tasted ok, but how can any restaurant send out food in a bag that isn't sealed shut when a third party is handling the product. So I can't definitively say this was the worst Whataburger experience I have had but pretty high up there. We recently visited about 5 different locations on our recent road trip so I have become familiar with their menu and how sloooooow they are. Fine, it's cooked to order...I think? Anyway, I will go in order about my experience. 1st trip I ordered our food via the mobile app. I actually ordered it earlier because I knew how long it would take and the estimated time is never correct. I played with my dog for a couple more minutes outside the store just to kill some extra time. When I entered, I was greeted in about a minute. I was the only customer and they seemed super busy in the back cooking and preparing. The young female greeted me and inquired how she could help. I informed her I was picking up Lauren. It took her some time but she located my order in the system. She then went to inform staff that I was there to pick up. She prepared my drink (I asked for lite ice and received the normal amount). At least the diet part was correct! Then I decided to add on a banana pudding milkshake and I paid for separately. She then went to make that as well. I shit you not, I stood there for an extra 20 minutes minimum waiting for my order that I had already placed 15+ minutes before that. Finally, the manager comes over and inquired what I was waiting for, to which I told her my name and that it was an online order. She came back with a bag (a reusable one!) and very unenthusiastically said "enjoy". I stood there to check my order and make sure it was correct. I was trying not to get pissed because I saw that bag placed in the "ready section" like 10 minutes prior. Of course there were no napkins, pepper sauce I ordered and paid for, as well as all their ketchups. After a couple of minutes, the manager noticed me and offered assistance. I informed of what I was missing and she said she was going to retrieve them. Funny, the sauces/condiments I ordered were all first on the order receipt! She brought me the pepper cream sauce and some ketchup but not the limited edition one. I was done at that point and left. The food was really good anyway. 2nd visit I again ordered via mobile app. I ordered earlier this time so I wouldn't have to wait as long as the first time. This time it was busy inside but our order was ready. The staff were more personable this time. We decided to grab the food and sit at a table since we did not have our dog with us. Good thing because we were missing a burger. We ordered onion rings when we arrived because I forgot to order them and when the employee brought them to us, we informed him of the missing burger and he took care of it immediately. The food was great again, although I felt like they were cheap on the bleu cheese. I love their fries and probably will ordered the damn fry box from now on lol. I love their bleu cheese burger but it's limited sadly. My regular go to is the patty melt, which is always delicious. They barely sauté the onions though. This is unfortunately the closest location to us and have to drive a little over an hour to get here so you can imagine my hangry attitude if I'm waiting 45 minutes or something is incorrect. read more

Well another fast food establishment where my expectations were not met! Ordered two burgers for a whopping $24.70! Unfortunately, that's not the issue. Although pricey, the problem lies with the supply chain. I wanted an Avocado Bacon Burger, but they were all out of avocados. After looking at the advertisement we ordered shake, not available since the shake machine had been down for a week per associate. Lastly, I was asked if I would like cheese on my order and since I ordered a Tripple Whataburger the associate added 3 slices for 55 cents. REALLY! I don't need all that, nor the hidden cost of an extra $1.65 plus tax. The burger and fries were good! Associated, all were friendly and provided good service. Clean, very clean place! read more

My family and myself are from Texas so seeing a little piece of home outside of the state now is kinda cool. Still the same food and all that comes with it. Now if I get a craving for onion rings or chicken or a mushroom Swiss I don't have a to drive 16hrs back! There's at least 4-5 now with it 3hrs trip. Didn't have very high hopes as every other Whataburger I have ever been in is the same. I was right to not get my hopes up, had to wait over 5 minutes for my order to be taken. Once my order was taken (I asked for a #1 plain add cheese) I waited another 10 minutes before receiving my food. My order was made wrong, the burger had everything on it and my fries were cold. I asked them to remake my sandwich, to which I was grumpily told to wait. So I waited another 10 minutes before my burger was remade. I may just be visiting Middleburg, but I won't be back to this Whataburger. read more

Lord Jesus do not eat inside. It'll take 20 mins to get your food. Employees are always nice but slooowww. Last time had so many things wrong with order but waited so long we just ate what they gave us. I went thru drive thru 1 time and they made me pull ahead to wait and then they forgot about us. I made an online order, they forgot the fries, had to wait until they were done. From the time the online order was made and me receiving my door was almost an hour! Got home and everything was cold. Called the store and the manager was sending messages back and forth between him and a crew member. I live 6 mins from the store. He took the phone from the poor young lady he had talking for him and hung it up. I drove to the store and all I wanted was my order remade fresh. He gave me a hard time before making it. I wouldn't recommend going to this store on a weekend late. The food is not good. read more

I went to this location & was very disappointed. I ordered my food at the drive-thru (2nd lane) at 6:03pm & received my order at 6:24pm. During that 21 minute wait, at least 6 vehicles got thru with their orders. The guy that took my order came out, saw that I was still waiting, and ran back in the restaurant realizing that he forgot my food. He finally came out & gave me my food, but forgot my vanilla shake. this is the salad i received tonight, which was supposed to be the apple cranberry chicken salad. It came with barely any lettuce, and no apples. There were two salads in the order, with which which we did not receive dressing for either, or silverware. Went to the Whataburger at 1778 Blanding Blvd, Middleburg, Florida, at about 2:30 PM Sunday. We walked in the door and we were not acknowledged by anyone on staff. Waited until I saw someone step up to the cash register. She did not acknowledge my presence, again. I finally asked if she was ready to take my order to which she shook her head indicating she was, but was suddenly distracted by someone on her left and ignoring us, stepped away from the register, still without a word from her. She came back and stared blankly at us and I asked again if she was ready, and again a head nod, still not a word. At this point we turned and left. To take this further the two people at the counter (supposedly) taking orders were black, the customer they were giving their complete attention to was also black, the white people were being ignored and treated shabbily. We are white. We are considering contacting our attorney tomorrow morning and exploring the possibilities of discrimination proceedings. I have not, as of yet made up my mind. I do not intend to darken the doors of this establishment ever again. We have never been treated in such a manner, I would never treat someone the way that young lady treated us. read more

wow this place is great! definitely the cleanest fast food restaurant i've walked into in a longggg time. and that is NOT sarcastic. food was amazing, as always. plus the staff was wonderful. manager malissa even came up to my wife's and I's table and asked if we would like refills or our trash taken. they had me waiting 25 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers and an onion ring On the side of the building. After finally getting my food I found out there was no condiments on the burgers and no onion rings in my bag. I had to go inside for my onion rings and wait another 10 minutes for them. The kids working in the window were very polite so I did not take my frustrations out on them. However when I went inside I saw the manager just standing by the door completely ignoring the chaos that was in the kitchen. He was not giving any direction to his employees (all teenager) and that made this even more frustrating. this was probably most of their first jobs so they were most likely just as frustrated as I was. After I got home and put straws in my drinks I realize there was zero carbonation and just water and syrup. I do not recommend going to this Whataburger. Go 6 miles down the road to the next one Or stay in the line for Chick-fil-A Next Door. read more
