My layers were uneven and my previously thick bangs were sparse, uneven, and had hugh gaps. Fortunately, another stylist at another salon was able to tidy my cut so I can now ditch my baseball cap. My hair is still incredibly short but at least I can style my hair while waiting on my hair to grow. I reached out to Vintage twice and received no response. Today I thought I'd try something different. My service was super affordable ( half the price of some other wax spas in the immediate area.) My service/procedure began on time and the result was really good. The young lady that assisted me was professional but not overly friendly, she was efficient and knowledgeable and I appreciated that. Overall I saved time and money and I'm pleased. I've been to this location three times now. The two experiences where amazing and the third was…read moredecent. The office is VERY clean, and I love that they make it easy to book online. Especially for someone like me who has a very busy work schedule. Now I'm not sure if my third experience was based on the time of day (evenings), but I know part of the issue is covid related. But I want to start it with the positives of this visit. I saw Bray, who is SUPER sweet and very attentive to my needs. She made sure my brows looked AMAZING, and kept my natural shape just cleaned up my bushy mess. She also talks to you during the process so you're never really in easy during the experience. Which of course we talked about threading and Brazilian waxing. She told me it's not so bad depending on who does it, and boy was she was right. The last time i was threaded (which was my first) it was super uncomfortable, but she actually made it relaxing. Now for the downfalls. I'm not sure if part of it was because the person I was scheduled with went home early or she "had a cancellation" (since they called at 5pm asking me if I could come in early). But anyways my apt was at 6:40pm and I arrived 5mins early. And then after checking in, I had to wait outside in the rain, in the dark. I understand they don't want guests waiting in the lobby or sitting in the chairs (due to covid). But I felt like if I stood inside in the corner (furthest from the reception desk which was over 6ft away) it would have been okay to make this exception. But also I waited outside from 6:35 to 6:53pm when my apt was 6:40. Now I'm sure this wasn't Brays fault, but I made an apt for a reason. So it was frustrating to wait nearly 20mins outside in the rain. If I knew it was running longer, I could have waited in my car or came slightly later. But really that was my only complaint. Other than that I am satisfied with the quality of work I received.

The vibe is everything the music was so chill, soft and relaxing. The place was clean and organized. I even loved the light fixtures and high ceilings. If you are ever in the area don't hesitate to stop by it's right next to the the laundromat in the cozy corner. There is parking, no worries.
