I also noticed that the upstairs area, where hair services were done, felt a bit dirty and not very well maintained. I understand it is an older building, but cleanliness should still be a priority, and some areas felt a little grimy. The salon is in a little house and it's very comfortable and cute inside. Tracey, the owner and hair person I had is super sweet, I really enjoyed her. She takes her time doing your hair, I never felt like she was just trying to get done. I love the color and cut she did, I personally think it's just as good as the master stylist I was seeing in West Ashley BUT it was LESS THAN half as much!! Whaaaaat?! I will definitely be making the drive out here to get my hair done by Tracey again. She also was kind enough to offer me a donut and chai tea (they also regularly have wine too!).
