I spent 20 minutes wandering the lot and then went into service to check on any recalls on my 2017 Explorer. I then went into the showroom where there was numerous sales people talking to one another and very few customers. After 10-15 minutes I then wandered back outside to look at more inventory. Really not impressed with the lack of a written quote, the 6 day holdover, the incomplete work order, and the clear miss on damaging my air suspension system. Disappointed for the price.

I drive on average 6000 kms/year). I started receiving notifications on July 1. The oil was changed on April 1. GCOC took over from Oil Changers several years ago. I had been changing the oil on several of my vehicles since the start of 2000. No more. Very shady and they have the nerve to ask for a tip when I cash out! Will be taking my business elsewhere.
