The staff is truly wonderful: kind, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented. Everyone is attentive without ever being pushy, which makes the experience feel extra special. You're offered tea, coffee, or even Prosecco, and everything is presented thoughtfully and naturally--never salesy.
The owner, Erica, is absolutely amazing. She is warm, outgoing, professional, and has such a great energy. She makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. Erica speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Italian, which is a huge plus for international clients and makes the experience seamless for visitors from the U.S. or Europe.
They offer everything--manicures, pedicures, facials, hair services, and more--making it a one-stop place where you can truly relax and be taken care of. I've had two manicures here: one beautiful red for the holidays and another neutral afterward, and both were flawless.
The music, the vibe, the clientele, the staff--everything about this place is just right. I stop by every time I'm in Mexico City, and somehow it gets better with each visit. I cannot recommend The White Room enough.
