After establishing myself as a regular customer whether it be purchasing items from the store or getting loans on my items, there was a couple times when I came in to buy back my items and didn't quite have enough. The owner was very generous and cut the interest charges in half so I could get my stuff back. Something the other pawn shoo in town would NEVER dream of doing. There have been other times where the owner bent the store policy for me so I could afford something, again this kind of customer service would be unheard of at their competition. I live 2 blocks away from the other pawn shop and regularly walk over an hour, mostly up steep hills, to come here. BEST PAWN SHOP IN TOWN!!

To access the store, you need to walk around the back balcony and access the store through the back door. Alternatively you can walk through the trading shop. There is ample free parking at the front of the building. You can also access the store from the water side if you park your watercraft on the lake side. There is lots of outdoor seating and a small pagoda with covered seating.

Lady in the hallmark store follows you around making it impossible to shop. I've actually put all my items back and went to another hallmark as I was beyond irritated. The largest department store is Sears, which is quite clean and well-stocked. There's also a Best Buy and Wal-Mart too. It's likely that the mall itself has caused a lot of locals to hang out here and drawn some of the businesses from the older part of the city, like Main Street.
