The coffee shop (cannot remember name of it) has sun flower…read moresuns and different tables- only little cafe in this mall- their debit machine doesn't take tap and their stripe reader doesn't work so they rudely take away what you've ordered and serve the next person with no "sorry our machine is outdated or doesn't work" just serve next person while throwing out the drink they've made you- leaving your child upset that they didn't get the treat the just were promised. Lady in the hallmark store follows you around making it impossible to shop. I've actually put all my items back and went to another hallmark as I was beyond irritated. All this mall has going for it is the NO FRILLS and dollar store. The nail place is sketchy and slow. So unless you need groceries- stay away!

And 3 stood at the doorway making me feel like I did something wrong. This behavior isn't acceptable and anyone who has been bullied or followed should report it. And I did that only for Belinda from North Bay who called and said sorry then tried to say why staff was following me. I couldn't even listen and hung up. I do not care what your reasonings were. I grew up 50 years being indigenous and I will stand up everytime I'm not treated equal. It's 2026 North Bay , stop bullying, racism and having 4 staff on 1 person is wrong !! She just stared at me and went back to folding clothes. I was the only one in the store. I headed towards the back of the store and was looking at size medium... my size... when she came up behind me and said" it's sorted into sizes you know" and then pointed to the next size up. I was totally insulted!!! Especially because this comment came up rude! I had a gift card, but didn't want to even stay in that store after that lady was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable . So I left. I will spend my gift card online and definitely will not step foot in that store again

Empty shelves in the pharmacy, Less product of every type. I always come away disappointed because I can't complete my shopping list here. And prices have gone up considerably. A second store is always a necessity. The format of the store is really pretty, but if the product is constantly out of stock, then Walmart is doing something wrong. Remember Sears? They cut back on products as a cost saving measure as well. Hoe did that work out for them?
