I even mentioned that I still had makeup on, yet she didn't properly cleanse my face beforehand. I left with makeup residue around my eyes, which any trained professional would know to remove before starting a treatment. The whole appointment felt careless and poorly done. A proper spa experience should be relaxing, clean, and professional -- this was the complete opposite. I purchased a 3-for-1 deal expecting quality service, but after this experience I don't even want to return for the remaining sessions. What's most frustrating is that after expressing my concerns, she refuses to offer any kind of refund and continues claiming she has "25 years of experience." Unfortunately, the service I received did not reflect that level of expertise at all. I left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and like my money was wasted. One of the biggest things for me is consistency, and so far I've seen the same provider, Nurse David, which I really appreciate. It makes a huge difference when someone is already familiar with your face and what you're trying to achieve. David has been amazing. I went in for preventative injectables and specifically wanted to try Daxxify, which they offer. He was very attentive, listened to everything I was saying, and I never felt rushed, especially during my first consultation. He's very detail oriented and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. He also answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel really comfortable. One other thing I really appreciated was that he actually called me around the 7 day mark after my injections just to check in and see how I was doing. That's something I never experienced at the other place I used to go to, and it really shows how much he cares about his patients and their results. I had my first visit about two weeks ago and just went back yesterday for a follow up. I'm still fairly new to injectables, so I had more questions and even decided to add a couple of new areas I've never treated before.
