I stopped going to herbal nails in the preserve because of the terrible nail fills I was getting. The manager agreed and offered me a 59% discount but I never returned. I went into Eastvale months later to get a fill and have been going to Emily since. My natural nails were long and I asked Emily each time please dont cut or file underneath my natural nails. I also told her I hate pink and each time she's supposed to do a clear coat of hard gel, she uses pink. THEY NEVER NIP YOUR NAILS WHEN FILLING AT THAT SHOP. DONT BELIEVE me, believe their own footage. Each time Emily started to cut and file she went way too far until they finally became translucent and untimately lifted and or broke. Knowing that I needed to start over, I cut my own nails to the length that I wanted them because I knew I was going to be charged to cut my nails. Then I went in for a fill with the length and shape that I wanted. Emily shaved all of my natural nails down to the fingertips leaving no nails at all. She knows how much I loved my nails. Her excuse was that she was evening them out. She's tried every single appointment to get me to let her cut my nails off so she can do a full set. I normally pay $55 for a long gel fill with no breaks. My nails were now short so I asked Emily how much for a short fill and she said same price because my services were already discounted. I stayed professional and calm after the price gouging while Henry gave me a social pedicure. We talked and laughed but I know they were trying to calm me down. Henry asked what color. I said I wanted regular polish because my toe nails are so thin from being over filed they needed a break. Henry told me that he would have to charge me to remove the gel polish that he put on my toes during the last pedicure if I wanted to get regular polish. Henry cut my toes skin with the file several times and his electric file shocked me. So was he going to do my pedicure without removing the polish??????? I am a big tipper and always pay generously. The way that I was treated by people that ivebeen going to for an extended period, and the quality of work, has made me never want to return. My big toe was also repaired and it looks like I have a lego block on it. There was also no clear coat put on the polish that I selected so it looks very old and dull. The nail business has become a hustle and I'm not going to return to keep being a victim of someone's need to meet an unmet quota. I'm done. I am going to file a formal complaint with the state board of cosmetology and see what they think. I also want to know why customers are incentivized to pay by cash instead of card. Note: I'm not seeking money, a refund, a discount or anything. I have no exoectations but to let people know why my five stars has changed to 1. read more

Checked in a few days ago for a Pedicure and the Eastvale Herbal Nails and Spa proves why they're always my favorite Salon to decompress and chillax in! I brought the $5 off Voucher Keanu gifted me at the Preserves Salon and the Receptionist was super kind in honoring it and reminding me in a friendly and helpful way to pay close to the expiration date. I like that checking in in the front shows me how close I am to the next reward too! The Receptionist was also very focused in encouraging me to sign up for the raffle going on for lots of fun and high value prizes! Nat was the Nail tech responsible for taking care of me that day and she helped turn the afternoon into a healing adventure of Asian Sister Bonding fun!! I was so tired and burnt out but Nat was great in helping me get settled in with the right temperature water for the feet soak jacuzzi and showing me how to use the remote on the Massage Chairs to get some simultaneous back kneading in ;0) I chose the $62 Gel Pedicure Special and Nat helped me get the most bang out of my buck by carefully trimming my Toenails, removing my old polish quickly and efficiently with high quality tools, and scrubbing off all the dead skin underneath my feet and following the Deluxe Pedicure recipe responsibly by giving me a thorough massage topped off with Citrus and Cucumber treatment and a heavenly scented fruit scrub. Nat was a wonderful playfully charming Conversationalist and painted my toes a stunning Autumn Magic Shade while imprinting the experience with important principles like turning our brains off during play time and remembering how communicating kindly with our loved ones can ease stress effortlessly in the California Hustle grind!! I left the Salon so happy with my new updated Statement Pedicure ready to embrace the special blessings of the upcoming Season and so grateful for the Sisterly Amistad of the Herbal Nails staff!! Thank you to Management for always playing such elegantly catchy EDM remixes of my Favorite pop culture jams too!! read more

Herbal nails is usually a good spot but lately they have gone down in my ratings... they used to do pedi and Mani at the same time but now they don't! The last 3 times I've came here I've spent at least double the time here. It's almost seven and I got here a little before 5pm. 2 hours is crazy when I used to get both done in an hour. And why are people arguing about who wants to do my nails lmao like I don't want anyone to feel forced on doing my Nails??? They chose to be here and if they don't want to do it then fine don't?!? I recently just moved out here and decided to schedule an appointment last week for full set plus pedicure. Which I'm very disappointed, my nails are already lifting after a week after paying $143.00?! Which is insane to me. If you see my photos, you can see my hair is already stuck to my nail. It has been a challenge to get my nails done in Eastvale at a spot that is decent as well as decently priced. I have found 1 that I liked but came across this spot recently. I decided to give it a shot and get a mani/pedi. The feel of the place was like any other nail salon but the employees working there were really nice. I am glad that I have not found a nail salon closeby and uses high quality products. I am well over a month with these nails and they are still holding on their own ! I've been going to Ranch Nails in Ontario Ranch and so far they have been consistent with my dip manicure and usually lasts for more than 2 weeks at a time. Ask for Tony. He's been precise, great quality of work, no burns and really fast!

I recently visited Herbal Nail Spa, and unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was subpar. I had a specific nail design in mind and even brought a photo to show the receptionist. She assured me that they would be able to execute the design exactly as shown, but that was far from what I got. I opted for a short almond full set, which was priced at $75. They offered me a 20% discount, bringing my total to around $58, but that was a poor resolution given the quality of the service. The nails were uneven, poorly shaped, and nothing like the picture I provided. When I voiced my concerns, the receptionist became defensive and played the "Asian card," implying that there was a language barrier preventing her from understanding my dissatisfaction. This response was unprofessional and frankly offensive. To make matters worse, two nails fell off the very next day. I will definitely not be returning, and I can't recommend this place to anyone. There are much better nail salons out there that value both quality and customer service read more

Got this set done yesterday. I knew they were unfamiliar with sns dip powder because no one knew how to set the nail, even know I learned about this service through THEIR website! They sent me home w wet nails saying they'll dry soon. All the nails started cracking as soon as I left the salon. Within an hour my thumb nail broke. When I came back to get it fixed, the nail tech literally yelled at me saying she sees nothing wrong. She was an older Asian woman giving me death stares and just blatantly pissed off at me. She cut my nails, and told me to dip in boiling hot acetone. When I said it was hot, she screamed that it was only warm not hot. Until the manager Mimi came and touched the bowl herself and had to take the bowl back to get cold water added to it. All the employees spoke in their language and nothing made sense. The whole experience was absolutely traumatizing. At the end they took my nails off and said no one wants to service me. Mimi was trying to be nice but the employees were just rude. Unbelievable. Very sad. Very traumatizing. read more

Ended up coming here since it was close by and needed a quick fix for my gel nails...service here was very nice and fast! They ended up redoing the whole thumb nail since the gel ripped after a week (was not done at this salon), but they did a pretty good job replicating it for not having the same polish (even gave the left thumb nail some nice cuticle treatment too)! I have attached the damaged nail and then the fixed nail pics. Left thumb is their work and right is what it's supposed to look like. I really enjoyed the service here! Most salons I've been to usually don't cater to first-time customers well, but they were really nice and communicative about what you wanted as a customer. I had a pedicure with Lisa at Herbal Nails, and it was truly wonderful from start to finish. Her attention to detail is incredible -- she takes her time to make sure every step is done perfectly, from shaping and smoothing to the polish application. I came as a walk in Thursday 7/3/2025 and I saw the salon was full. I asked the receptionist if they had availability for a gel manicure she told me "yes please have a seat it will be about 20 minutes". I waited over 30 minutes and finally got up to leave. The receptionist apologized and said "sorry we have other appointments". For future if you don't have availability just say that instead of wasting someone's time.
