I couldn't afford it anymore thanks to FEMA. She encouraged me to get my house ready and shouldn't have too much problem selling it. I got deathly ill in amidst of this but she stood by me and we made it to the open house in a timely matter. Got a buyer within 4 days, and started the process. Turned out to be a huge mess with delays of a month. Buyer backed out so we had another open house and got a buyer within 4 days again, nice house.
