Working with Deborah Bly and her team was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had when selling a house. I initially "stalked" - virtually- several realtors on-line. I watched who people were listing with in my neighborhood and who was selling faster with regards to particular agents. Deborah and her team kept rising to the top in terms of days on market and sales. So then I "stalked" her virtually in other areas of sales and her and her team were selling properties fast. Ultimately, it came down to two agents in the League City area for me, Deborah's Bly Team and another one (which will remain nameless). I called each and the Bly team responded quickly and efficiently to my questions and got a message to Deborah who called me back promptly. Deborah set up a time to come to the house. She was prepared and answered all my questions. She gave me tips on what I needed to do in terms of getting the house ready for sale and I wrote down each thing. She sent absolutely the BEST photographer I have EVER had the pleasure to have at a property I own. The photographer took AMAZING pictures that highlighted my property in the best light. When the photographer was done my property looked like it belonged in a high end magazine. The day my property was listed I had THREE showings and two offers. The next day more showings and more offers! In all we had at least four offers and worked with the top two. The offers came in $15k above listing. We asked him to get the house cleaned as my kid has pet allergy, and previous owners had dogs. But nothing was done. We got just one key for the house and we had to replace lock for main door and garage as my agent was not aware of the keys and did not ask owners for it.
