Don't do it. Bad care. Horrible owner. Ratios not maintained, child safety not insured. It's "affordable" for a reason.

The Mandarin and Spanish immersion program is a nice idea. While the staff is a bit short, the kids are mostly exposed to Spanish, and I've noticed my children picking up parts of the language. They can follow instructions in Spanish, which is great. The director is friendly and clearly loves her work. The teachers are doing their best to create a supportive environment, and my kids have improved their language and social skills since starting. The cozy atmosphere and outdoor playtime twice a day are definite highlights. I also appreciate the flexible pickup and drop-off times, which is helpful for working parents. One area for improvement is the app used for sharing information with parents. I think consistency in accuracy in documenting updates could be better. Overall, I recommend World Kids for those looking for a nurturing preschool environment.

The teachers genuinely get so energized by being around kids and have helped our child with development and transitioning to the toddler classroom along the way. We are extra thankful for all the current and past teachers: Alejandra, Wang Laoshi, Jessica, Hellen, and Amy. They are truly rockstars at their job and we appreciate them greatly.

Starbright is like a second home…read more My son started back during COVID when we were very unhappy with his care center and how they were handling things (combining classrooms, being lazy in taking precautions, etc). We took a tour with Starbright and instantly felt at ease. You could tell they clearly cared so much about the kids, keeping everyone safe, and remaining as normal as you can during an abnormal time. My son attended until he went to kindergarten. My daughter has been there since she was an infant. It's a terrible day when you drop off your baby and go back to work, but it's much less terrible when you know that your child is going to be taken care of by incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and kind teachers. Ms. Pam has been there for over 20 years, and she is wonderful. Our daughter will be heading off to kindergarten in the fall, and it will be so sad to say our goodbyes at the end of August. We have loved each teacher for the way they have helped both of my kids develop into the beautiful, caring people they are today. My kids are different people, with their individual personalities, and both have been able to grow and flourish into incredible versions of themselves. Ms. Melissa is the Pre-K teacher for my daughter, and this class is incredible. My daughter has learned so much since being in this class. The way Ms. Melissa makes learning fun and creative and engages the kids is remarkable. Sidenote: I have attended a few field trips over the years, and I will say every single time we arrive somewhere, the first thing I hear is how much they love Starbright kids because they are so well-behaved and have such great manners. Lastly, Lexie and Jen are incredible, and like family. They know every single child's name, parents' name, and have a story to tell you about something that your kid did that week. I always appreciate communication via email when something changes, and the willingness to talk and find a resolution if there is a concern. They keep things running smoothly, and they truly care about every child that comes through. We will forever be grateful to Starbright. I have tears just writing this.

The boss babe, Jen, she listened and took action anytime it was needed and did her best to make your requests made- EVEN THROUGH the hardest times of the pandemic. I was so sad to pull my son out of after only being there for 6 months because I REALLY loved how they loved and cared for my son. But he started to feel unsafe and would cry and fight going. When I asked why, he would tell me the name of one teacher who just made him feel unsafe. I came to learn that anytime my son had to be around Ms. Nevi that he would do what he could to leave the immediate area. I also noticed little things that she would say or do didn't always add up. I cherish the memories we have from Starbright and was really looking forward to my second baby going there- but I couldn't continue to keep my son in a place with a teacher that he would scream in discomfort about.

There are a number of positive adjectives I could use to describe how welcoming and hard working she is, but they would probably come short of actuality. She makes childcare a top priority. Thanks again to people like Jackie for helping be a constructive person in child learning!

Well, My princess daughter starts last year in the preschool and I'm very thankful and appreciate their work, the way they teach the kids, The activities they plan, the room they decorate, and their friendships-- it's all incredible, and it's helping our daughter (and us!) believe that school is fun, which is incredibly important. My daughter will be in kindergarten next year, and she's ready for that, she can write her name and trying to read full word too in addition to counting and art etc. The preschool have fun classes every week like music, dance and happy feet class and monthly programs like parent night out, or a special visitor like the book mobile or a magician or baby kangaroo and horses (they will come in the next two days). This preschool is cool and very special Thanks for everything!

We started in the two day a week tots class, then moved into the three mornings a week 3/4 year old class while also participating in the year round outdoor class, which was incredibly enriching and such a special experience. This year, our daughter is in the 4/5 class five mornings a week with the lunch buddies program, and the growth we have seen over time has been amazing. The teachers genuinely know each child and meet them where they are. Our daughter is truly seen and supported, and she has grown so much in confidence, empathy, social skills, and leadership. The focus on play, social emotional learning, and developmentally appropriate expectations makes learning feel joyful and natural. The staff is engaged, responsive, and thoughtful, and they work hard to make sure every child feels safe, valued, and included. What really sets this preschool apart is the sense of belonging. Families are welcomed as partners, communication is caring and clear, and relationships matter here. The outdoor and nature based spaces are wonderful, and the balance of structure and freedom feels just right. If you are looking for a warm, child centered preschool with a strong sense of community and teachers who truly care, I cannot recommend this place enough.
