Way to Grow installed an irrigation system in 2021, which was OK. However, service has been terrible since. The irrigation pump failed and they replaced it. However, after they pulled old pump out of the lake to replace it, they took it apart on an existing stone patio. The rust on the old pump badly stained the stone. Then instead of taking the old pump to the dump, they left it behind our garage. They also damaged a deck board on the dock when they were installing the new pump, and we had to ask them to come back to replace it. They replaced the original cedar deck board with pressure treated (although we had told them it was cedar), so we had to replace it ourselves. Later that year we got an email from Way to Grow saying they would no longer be servicing and winterizing our system. This was their reason..."Effective immediately, we will no longer be able to provide irrigation services to your property. Our decision is based on recurring challenges that have impacted our ability to serve you and our other clients effectively." Overall, the service was not done to a reasonable standard and they were very unprofessional. We would not recommend using this contractor. read more
