Terrible Experience Not Worth the Premium Price. I chose…read morethis moving company because of the great reviews and paid extra for their premium service, expecting my belongings to be handled with care. That did not happen. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. During unloading, I watched one of the movers snap the handle off my suitcase right in front of me. These suitcases have been through years of international travel without any issues, yet they were damaged during a short local move. The furniture situation was even worse. It was not damaged in transit. It was broken by their crew while trying to put it back together at my new place. I saw it happen, but when I reported it, they tried to blame the material instead of taking responsibility. A sealed box that was fully taped on all sides arrived crushed, and a pair of my shoes was missing from inside. A sealed box does not open itself. Still, they insisted it must have been a packing issue on my end, which felt like an excuse rather than a real explanation. When I reported the damage and missing items, they were dismissive and hid behind their contract even though some of the damage happened directly in front of me. Their total compensation offer for broken furniture, damaged luggage, and missing items was fifteen dollars, which felt insulting. What really sealed it for me was that instead of resolving the issues, I was later offered two hundred dollars to remove or change my review. At that point, I started questioning how many other reviews were influenced the same way. Based on my experience, the service does not match the reputation or the price. If you care about your belongings and expect honesty and accountability, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

My house closed late and last minute and needed something quick and didn't have many options - never again...My 5k bedroom set completely destroyed beyond repair and Raymour and Flanagan has to replace the entire thing including the bed and dresser. Thank god I have insurance. My brand new kitchen table scratched and gouged. My children's beds screws were put in too tightly and the frames are cracked in addition to the scratches on everything. My aunts Hope cheat (who just died) smashed and broken. To top all of this off, they didn't say a word to me about the bedroom set, the chest they said it was rotted (it is absolutely not). They left large items at the first house, showed up late, weren't finished until almost 6 after saying this would be a 6 hour job (took them 8.5 and they didn't even get everything). They complained the whole time. The woman sat her sweaty body in my son's nursery recliner and upon approaching her laughed, said I caught her sleeping, and didn't move. Completely unprofessional, rude, liars, and nasty. Spoke ill of people we mutually knew and told me about all of the open court cases she had going on after they had already moved my things. After addressing the items left behind through messages, she was rotten and nasty about how tired they were among other things. After the back and forth I stopped responding to her because I no longer felt comfortable being around her for fear she would attack me or do something else. If I could leave negative stars I would. If I could do it all again I would have NEVER went with this company and don't better due diligence. And instead of apologizing and owning up to what they did, they argued with me and said my items were already broken and damaged. I said I would pay the remaining balance after the items were fixed and she said that wasn't happening and squared me up. I'm not here to argue with a grown woman with my children in my home and make them afraid or have myself or them get hurt. I just want to share my experience so others are aware especially people who they think they can take advantage of, like single moms.

Today at 10:10 called and discovered the same manager I had talked to "needed to find two guys to come out to us" and at 11a got a call to find out it couldn't be today but I could reschedule for tomorrow. We of course planned our move for today and scheduled a moving service that will actually abide scheduling for tomorrow so we had to cancel. The manager was profane towards me and we are still waiting on our refund...
