To say that I was completely ignorant of everything that went into searching for a house is an understatement. I think it'd be understandable for anyone to lose patience with someone who couldn't make up her mind about what she wanted in a home or what she could afford. Scott never made me feel like a burden or like I was uneducated about the housing market. Because he knew that I was a first-time home buyer, he took extra time during our showings to point out important things to take note of that I may not have otherwise paid attention to. He also went into detail about purchase agreements and other contracts to make sure I understood what I was signing. He was always prompt in his email and text responses and made me feel totally valued as a client. I tried working with other realtors from larger firms - mostly because I got a cash incentive from my insurance company to do so - but they very much had a sales mentality or weren't willing to compromise with my expectations or timeline. I ended up foregoing a $600 cash bonus to work with Scott because the impression he left was so much better than the other realtors I tried. He was the only one who I felt I could trust completely. Not only was Scott an excellent realtor, but also he became a great friend of mine. Although I'm so excited to have bought a home, I miss talking to Scott every day and driving around like mad men to showings. Basically initialing our acknowledgement that there wasn't a built in microwave in the kitchen which I didn't think was a big deal but maybe it would be for some. George lined up what seems to be a seasoned inspector and a financing guy. Will update this review if anything surprising happens otherwise we're anticipating a closing by mid next month.

My house has a huge leak still to this day every single appliance went out including the furnace the only thing that didn't was the water heater ,the leak ruined my drywall and cabinets down in my tenants kitchen the house has very bad electrical and to top it off the deck was not built properly or sealed from the elements. I have never heard back from them so I believe he And the other agent knew prior because it was covered up to look nice but I would steer clear of this place they did not protect me as a first time home buyer I was pretty upset and still am.

To pair with his experience and dedication Kevin and his team understood exactly what I was looking for and were able to find an amazing option for me that checked all my boxes within my price range. Kevin even managed to secure me a new coffee table and side table for my living room, for free! Ultimately, I believe the most important trait about Kevin is I could trust him. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase and he was comfortable with my pace. Kevin was able to explain in layman's terms to me what he was looking at and was able to steer me away from properties that would not have been a good fit for me. And that was really important to us knowing how many homes in this market are flipped poorly (we watched too much Holmes Inspection). He also works like a mad man! We received responses from him at 11... at night. He would call us, check in on us, follow up... the works! Our favorite part of Steve, though, was that he never said, "ooooh, offer full price or else you won't get the house." He was on our side. He wasn't afraid to let us put in a fair offer.
