Aaron's showing agent, Katherine McManus, was also phenomenal to work with: punctual, organized, knowledgeable, and savvy. Katherine made us feel "known" and took the time to understand what we were really looking for. She was also incredibly patient with our 3 & 1-year olds, who tagged along to most of our showings. 5. Aaron's recommendations and connections: Need an arborist inspection within 48 hours? How about 2?? Aaron has strong relationships with a huge network of service providers in the cities, so when we've needed anything (carpet installers, arborists, inspectors, you name it), Aaron had a go-to name for us. SKEPTICS (READ THIS REVIEW)! I am a mortgage professional of over 13 years. Sometimes industry professionals try to fluff each other's reviews with nice things to say. This is not that review. I used Aaron a number of years ago to list my home. He was one of the most diligent, organized, caring, empathetic, professionals, and all-around good-guys. At that point, I had a bit of experience in the industry and relationships with a lot of agents and was thoroughly impressed then. Fast forward all of those years and it turns out we both are still in our respective industries .
