Before taking off my shoes, he ruled out gout. I had two ingrown "Big" toe nails which were causing me a great deal of pain with walking, standing, climbing stairs, etc. I had stopped playing sports due to the discomfort. He thoroughly explained what he recommended. He did a block on both toes which was not uncomfortable at all. He was gentle, personable and professional throughout my office visit. He billed my insurance, gave me written instructions for post procedure care and scheduled a follow up visit two weeks later. I have to give this doc his props. I work in healthcare so I know excellent care when I see or receive it. Run, don't walk, to Dr. Fenlon's office for any foot problems that might ail you. You won't be disappointed. Thank you.

Now I'm back again seeing him as we are dealing with Gout symptoms. Dr. Stepnoski is an amazing doctor who is very charismatic and compassionate. He listens to a patient and engages you in conversation to determine the best treatment plan for your condition. He also incorporates education time into the visit to make sure the patient understands the causes and the solutions for their problems. This was my second podiatrist in the long journey of my stress fracture treatment. I was given an…read moreappointment with Dr. Nagesh. I saw him twice. I had to wait a bit in the waiting room, both times, the second time it was quite busy, it surprised me due to the covid-19 recommendations. They took X-rays, no booties were provided. I am giving two stars because he did recommend I have my vitamin D levels checked and gave me a thorough exam the first visit. He confirmed a stress fracture in my left foot, and although I had pain in my right, he did not X-ray it. I had a cam boot from the first doctor, he didn't replace it, I found out they wear out and it was ill fitted. When I called to complain it hurt, they offered pain med script, when I asked for a new boot, they told me I needed to call my insurance first. The reason for this review is due to the treatment of the second visit. Two weeks later, he X-rayed it again, and not much had changed. He proceeded to tell me I needed to stay off my foot so it would heal, told me I should get help to take care of my kids. I pretty much felt like crap after I left his office. I don't have a large support group around me and it is pretty hard during a pandemic when you don't want to expose others or your two kids under 3. I decided to find a different Doctor to complete my healing journey and I am glad I did. Turned out, a new, proper fitted cam boot is amazing, it takes 12 weeks for stress fractures to heal on average, there was evidence of stress fracture in my right, and no-one has the right to lecture me when it turns out I was doing everything the best I could.

This place is the worst in terms of customer service. ----------------------- I had to go here to get an carbon plate made for my shoe, due to a broken foot. The lady at the front desk is not the happiest person. She was worse on the phone than in person. Maybe needs some customer service training. I was here 3 years ago and remember having the same experience. I got here at 8am for my appt, which I made with her. Oooooppppssss..... she has no record of it. Big surprise. She was not pleasant when I told her she is the person I spoke with to make the appt. She did finally apologize and was able to find someone to help me, even though it was a 45 minute wait. I saw Margaret who was wonderful! The carbon plate will be in in a few days for me to pick up! Located in a strip mall, plenty of parking.
