i'd give 0 stars if i could…read more hi friends! just a PSA i guess- an honest review, if you will. a long one though, so buckle in. S&R auto in sandy creek (sandy creek one doesn't have a yelp, but this is the same owner.) has had my car for 6 months, i did get it back briefly (2 hours maybe? in october ish? idk but shortly after i got it, my car overheated again. which was the original problem.) the owner (or anybody else) never calls me back (i have the phone records to prove it, he just keeps insisting he has even though he hasn't until today), and now that i've asked for my car back and to just honor the original payment agreement for the work they did do (i have a signed payment agreement saying i'll pay $50 a week) and have the rest of the work done elsewhere, he told me that the payment agreement no longer applies and i cannot get my car until it's all paid in full- even though i have the original signed agreement for the work they've done, which was fine with them until i said 6 months was far too long and that i wanted to just make my payments and take my car elsewhere for the rest of the work. now, not only will they not give me my car back, he's mad that i told him i didn't want to have to go the litigation route, so he said because i mentioned litigation, he's also going to charge me an $85 a day storage fee. but won't let me pick up my car or honor our payment agreement, which i made clear i'm happy to do. (the original problem was that it was overheating. they had it 3 months the first time time, replaced like 4 things, and called it good.) i had it back less than 2 hours before it overheated again. they towed it back to their shop, and when the owner's daughter called the day after, she said that my radiator hose blew and now i need a new engine. she said the hose was way softer than it was supposed to be, guess they're supposed to be hard and mine was definitely not because of the overheating issue.. but for some reason they didn't notice that the first time, guess they just didn't check it? anyways because that blew, they said i need a new engine now and the cheapest they can do is upwards of 7k i would not recommend this shop to literally anybody. i've been without my car for 6 months, they told me i could do a payment plan and i even have a signed paper from them- but now that he's mad, he won't let me do the payment plan, and he's holding my car hostage, forcing me to pay $85 a day in storage fees even though, again, i told him i'd be more than happy to honor the payment agreement we originally signed for the original work done, even though i'm not sure any of the work done previously even needed to be done, as it didn't fix anything and actually made it worse tldr; please for the love of god, take your car somewhere they will actually fix it, communicate with you, and not scam you and hold your car hostage for half a year+. i wish i had checked reviews first.

Update to my last review I finally had to pick my car up from Longley and move to a more…read moreprofessional, knowlegeable dealership. Longley in general is nothing but a circus with a clown running the service dept. Dosen't know how third party warranties work, lies to the customer, lies to the warranty company and tried to pad the bill for additional 6 hours and unnecessary parts. We then tried to speak to the owner who is never available. A sales person Eric pick up the phone screaming at my husband. Eric then tried to tell my husband the issues were all with the warranty company because they were a bunch of "pakastanians" My husband called him out on his racial comment and he said come pick up your vehicle we can't wait to get it off our lot. Our waranty company is based in PA and their customer service is in the USA. Very nice and accomidating. They also had issues getting Jason to repond, write up a proper quote and they had to tell Jason how to read an approval. They were as frustrated as I was. The only 2 times I had a issues with the warranty approval causing a delay my vehicle was at longley. The other Jeep dealers JUST TAKE CARE of it and I never hear a word. A bunch of unmanaged bunch of fools. Over a month and they could get a wiper motor replaced or even manage to get the part ordered. I authorized the part to be ordered ago and I approved to order the part on June 4th and said I would pay for it and Jason Longley could even manage to get the part order. I called another dealer at 5:15 pm today, will be dropping my Car off at 9:00 am tomorrow morning, they will have the part by 12:00 and I will pick up my car before 6:00 pm. Lesson Learned!!! I will also get a loaner which my warranty pays for but Janson in a month could't manage to get me. Apparently, his MOPAR warranty customers come before me.

Called them for an appointment and dropped the vehicle off early, never heard from them and I finally called after 8 hours and the response was, we need your permission to do something. Okay, so nobody has time to pick up the phone for 30 seconds. So, I called the next day and ask for a quote for work that it would need. The response was, sure we will get that for you. I go to pick it up and there is no paperwork or quote. So, if you need work done go to Oswego or Liverpool. The lack of communication and the amount of stupidity is not worth your time. Terrible business that is run terrible......go someplace else.

I went to Charlie's on 3-11-19 for my annual Inspection sticker, expecting to pay my $21.00 dollars…read moreand be on my way. Needless to say this time that wasn't the case. Charlie came up to me and I could tell on his face he had not so good news. Come to find out my front tires needed replacement, thus no inspection sticker. Charlie even took me out to look at the tires to assure me that he was being fair and honest to this female customer. After talking to him my charge would be $321.00. YIKES! Unfortunately I didn't have it. Not only did he go ahead and order the tires upon my request but he also trusted me to return once my State refund had come in. On 3-25-19 I returned and Charlie replaced my tires and after all was said and done the total came to $287.76. He looked up at me and said, was that what I had told you it would be? I said no actually it was $321.00. He smiled and said you just got a deal. What an awesome experience and facility with honest hard working gentlemen that know how to treat their customers.
