I have been putting off getting our winter jackets cleaned for far too long. I originally was planning to visit a different dry cleaning business but those reviews were not great and it was farther from home. When I searched for Dry Cleaners on Yelp, Wayne's showed up and was highly rated. I wanted to be careful because 2 of our jackets are Canadian Goose so we did not want them to be ruined by carelessness. I took off on a Friday from work and decided to run several errands. Since this place was on my way to other places and closest to home, I stopped here first. It was afternoon time but this place had three cars in the drive thru and 2 other cars parked in the lot. I chose to park and go inside since these jackets were a lot to shove through my car window and a drive thru window. I was greeted immediately upon walking in and was informed they would assist shortly. Only after a couple of minutes after arriving, I was offered assistance. I said I needed jackets to be dry cleaned, to which the staff member inquired when I would need them by. I did not need them until the 2nd week of December but he informed me the jackets would be ready within the same week! He gathered my information and said I will receive a call when my items were ready. I did receive a ticket when he was done, which matched the ticket # on the text I received when the jackets were ready to be picked up. Everything was clean but the feathers inside the jackets were clumpy in some areas, with other areas of the jackets bare. I wish they could have evened them out a little but not the worst thing. Oh and the total price for the three jackets was $36! My husband and I were expecting to pay a lot more, maybe because we are originally from way up north. We will definitely be using this place in the future. read more

Wayne's has been there for many years so one might assume they are doing things well. Not true. I've used them several times and each time they either lost my shirts or lost buttons. My problem with them isn't just poor dry cleaning, their customer service was awful. They were rude and not helpful and they refused to even try to resolve the problem. So, you have been warned. Because of the reputation of Wayne's Cleaner through the years, I've never had a second thought about looking at my clothes when I picked them up. Today, Easter morning, I decided to put on one of my colorful Lauren Ralph Lauren jackets and to my SURPRISE both of my expensive jackets were ruined. The total value of my jackets are at least $400 to $500. There are bluish, brown and burnt marks all over my jacket. COMPLETELY RUINED!!!!!!!!!! It looks as if the jackets were never washed and someone tried to do a rush job and press the jacket with an unclean machine. I'm Speechless. I will never use this cleaners again. read more

When I was dropping off my dry cleaning and shirts, I mentioned that I had shirts to pick up. They said no shirts were there and when I questioned further they told me they had me on camera whatever that is supposed to mean? When I asked for a receipt for my clothing, they gave me a piece of paper that said PC. When I drop off clothing I want to know how many shirts and suits I have left at the cleaner. The woman who made the statement about the camera was aggressive and rude. I will never do business again with Wayne's Cleaners. read more

I had a bad experience with Wayne's Dry Cleaners in Ocala. 2 weeks ago they totally destroyed a $200 shirt of mine and gave me a $65 store credit. I took 32 shirts to them and they lost 4 of my shirts and accused me of faking it. They said we have you on camera picking up 32 shirts. I agreed and reminded them that I returned 4 shirts that had someone else's name on them and didn't fit me. They had given me a written note stating they made the mistake but later renigned. They did not pay me or give me a store credit and I'm out $hundreds of dollars. When I spoke to the manager she told me to leave the business and said she would call the police. I couldn't believe she used the nuclear option trying to resolve this problem. I lose and will never patronize them again. Beware, they have new owners and terrible managers. read more

I brought a comforter in that my dog had gone to the bathroom on. I paid app $60 to get it cleaned. I picked up the comforter and no one said anything about the stain not coming out. When I got home and put it back on the bed I noticed the stain was still there. I called the store and asked the the Manager Celia call me back. My husband brought the comforter back and they told hm someone would get back to me. After 3 days no one had called. I called bask two more time before I got the manager. She had lots of excuses as to why she did not call me back She said she would check on the status of the comforter and get back to me. One week later I had not heard from her. I called back and asked to speak to the owner. Celia immediately called me back. She said she had tried to call me back. I have no missed calls or messages from her on my phone. She said the stain did not come out. I told her I had no problem that they tried and the stain did not come out I stated I wanted to talk to the owners about the poor customers service I received.
