I don't get people complaining about store layout. The barber shop out grew their space so they…read morerented more units side by side in the same building. Due to this being a 2 story building the walls are load bearing and can't be removed to make one large shop. The location is great because it is in a central location for everyone. Best thing to do is find a barber you like and keep up with their hours. They are the same every week and if a barber takes an extra day off or leaves early they always post it on facebook. I have never had a bad hair cut here myself but at times like any barber shop bad haircuts can happen. Every time I have heard about this Chris the owner cut that persons hair for free to fix it. I have been a client here for many years and don't plan on changing any time soon. If you want a real barber experience where real men can get a real mans haircut and shave this is the place for you. No man should have to smell roses and lavender while getting his hair cut or talk about how it's a lovey day. A real barbershop should be be a little rustic, should use an air compressed to blow the hair off you because we are men and we like things that are overkill. They should shave the back of your neck with a straight razor because why not and they should end the cut off with a hot towel on your face/neck. You should feel free to talk about politics or sports or what ever else you want to and yeah my might offend someone and they might offend you but at a barbershop sometimes that is how it is. Some people even go to a barber shop for nothing but the conversations. It used to be if you wanted to know what was going on in town you could just stop by the barbershop to find out. If this seems like the kind of manly experience you want then walk in anytime you feel like it. If the level of manliness here makes you scared or if you need a receptionist to tell you which door to open this ask your wife to book you an appointment with her stylist the next time she books one for herself.

Very disappointed in this place. I have thick hair and told the the same instructions that I tell…read moreevery "BARBER" the lady here was not a barber and needed to be in a women's hair SALON. Barbers use shears to cut off thick hair, not scissors, she was doing little cuts all around and not addressing the thickness. I told them the last place did not thin it out enough. That was my main issue and it was ignored. After a few minutes I seen another girl using shears to cut a guy's thick hair. I then said something about the girl not using the shears to cut my THICK hair, instead of being sprayed with water and the she cuts a snippet, not cutting my hair. I told her I don't like my head being soaked, the shears is what you need. She then got the shears and aggressively started shearing my head and messing it up. I had a extremely bad cowlick sticking up on my head. I got extremely upset and left. NO REASON FOR HER TO INTENTIONALLY MESS MY HAIR UP. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.I'm 67 years old and have had plenty of haircuts, I have only run into this way of cutting a couple times and never went back to those. I take a shower and clean my hair before going to barber and to walk in and get your head soaked after it just got finished drying was upsetting. DON'T CUT MT HAIR LIKE I'M A WOMAN WHICH USES SCISSORS. BARBERS USE SHEARS TO GET THE BULK OF YOUR HAIR CUT.

If you want a "hairdo", go to a beauty shop, if you want a "haircut", head on over to Cherokee. Pleasant atmosphere. Fast, professional service.

If you like confederate flags, and those who cut your hair expressing their unwanted political…read morerants, then this is the place for you! If you rather not deal with the above said, then avoid at all costs. Nobody asked you for your political ranting, but it was given non the less. I really don't care how much you hate Hillary Clinton. My tax rebate this year was absolutely pathetic, and Hillary didn't do that to myself, did she? Edit* I've received a "compliment" from a "Kay F." stating that I've been in there 3 times, that I loved the haircut, and that I started with the political ranting. These are all false, as I've only been in there once, and that was far enough crap to deal with that time. I also did not start talking politics at all. I refrain from giving my political views with people I do not know, unlike these folks do. I mean, if their bold enough to upset their potential customers with the confederate flags, do you really think they wouldn't start in with their political options on folks that don't care to hear it? Do you really, DO YOU REALLY THINK I'D COME BACK IN THERE, WHEN YOU ARE DISPLAYING THE CONFEDERATE FLAG??? Anyway, I never stepped inside this place since, and I surely would never again. I do not know who she has me confused with, but it's obviously a problem they have with other of their customers. I'm not that person she's speaking of, that's for sure! Ha! They will say anything though, won't they?? But keep on hoping dear, I seriously doubt the south is "gonna rise again"... And by the way, the 1st amendment protects you against the government taking action against you from what you say. It does not, and has never not, protected you from criticism like my review has obviously done. It also doesn't mean your customers aren't allowed to say what they want to say either, which is apparently an obvious problem for you just by judging from your comment about someone else you think I am! I do hope you fry that brain of yours more though, trying to figure out who I am, considering I only went in there once, and it was a while back. I didn't even care to write a review on this place, until recently, and I'm glad I did. And also by the way, I was monosyllabic in my responses to your political ranting, as I didn't even care to discuss such things that are far above your reasoning anyway. You'd just get mad and screw my hair up if I had done so, wouldn't you? I can just see the look on that guy she has me confused with face the next time he walks in and she starts screaming at him because of my review. MAGAts assume far too much of others.
